“I bought a full set of Panda London products, a bedding set, mattress protector, a duvet and two memory foam pillows, just over two years ago. Unfortunately, tearing started to happen to both the fitted sheet and the duvet cover from just after eight months, culminating in a massive tear in the duvet cover after a normal 40 °C wash, rendering the set unusable. Also, the fitted sheet tore a hole in the corner when I was simply putting it on the mattress. The duvet cover also lost one of the internal ties (which was one of the reasons I bought it and the matching duvet together), plus both sides of the button-up opening have torn. I'm quite disappointed in the overall quality and longevity of the two products, considering how much I spent on them and how quickly they have suffered numerous tears in two and a half years. I contacted customer service, but all they could offer was a 10% discount on purchasing more products, which I obviously do not want to do, since they don't even last three years. I would avoid buying anything from this company due to the overall poor quality of their products and the disinterest of their customer service in wanting to rectify the inherent flaws in their bedding.”

“Was sold a baby pillow online but if was a kids pillow! I tried to get it swapped but no luck. Customer service stated in the FAQs under 12 months should not have. Why was it marketed as baby pillow? Why was the information not in the description? Purely so they can get more sales. Woukd recommend to avoid.”
