It has since come with me on several moves and completely transformed both really hard new and bumpy old mattresses in a variety of student accommodation rooms and rental apartments over the years into extremely comfortable beds! It is still in great condition 6 years later. One of the best purchases I made, well worth the price.

Good quality, stays in place, and felt like good pressure relief but within days we both ended up with lower back ache that resolved when we stopped using it. Also by morning is a bit warm for us- seems to absorb and reflect back some body heat? Have started the returns process which hopefully will be honoured.

So I decided to send it back through there returns portal to which they told me I couldn’t return it as it was over the specified time! I then had to ring them and explain it had only been three days and was told not to worry they would email me by the end of the day with a returns label - guess what - nothing, so the following day I had to live chat to which it was finally sorted.
