“The Panda Bamboo pillow is much smaller than a standard pillow, and will not fit standard pillowcases. This information is not easily accessible on the website, you have to really search for it. Very disappointed and will be returning the pillows and pillowcases. Panda do not sell pillowcases to fit, and you won't be able to buy pillowcases to fit elsewhere. Panda say people usually don't use a pillowcase. I disagree, that's not really practical long term. If this information had been clearer I wouldn't have wasted my time with this purchase and now return. I'm posting a review so that others can be aware of this.”

We designed the Panda Pillow to be the optimal height, size and comfort after carrying out extensive research into sleep. To avoid overheating, we also ensured the third generation memory foam was utilised correctly and properly. The Panda Pillow has its own removable and washable cover. We recently launched the Hybrid Pillow, which is larger, plus has additional technical features to enhance breathability. “The 30 night trial isn't without its hassles, seems to be a few hoops to go through to prove that I am not "100% satisfied". It's impossible to remove some stains at 40°C, the white sheets are just going to get worse and worse. The customer service team now say I have to use special detergent just for these sheets but still won't accept a return under the 30 night trial.”

“If I was just reviewing for comfort, I'd give this mattress topper 5 stars. It turned a very hard, uncomfortable bed in the room I'm renting into one I can sleep on very comfortably. The downside? The horrible solvent odor (like a dry cleaner, basically) of the memory foam! Yes, I know it's endemic to memory foam, but this is ridiculous. I was told it would disperse in less than a week. It in fact took a whole month to disperse appreciably, and there is still some residual solvent smell after that. One "gets used to it", but that's not really a good thing. Add to this that, unlike some of its competitors, Panda *does not* even use Certi-PUR-US grade memory foam, which at least has control over what is used in its manufacture, and instead gets it from completely unaccountable Chinese sources, and that really calls into question their claims of being a "green" product, etc.”

“I suffer with chronic advanced fibromyalgia, degenerative spine disease and arthritis in my neck , shoulders and elbows (it’s so fun ) sleeping is just non existent and the pain was insane . My son bought me a panda mattress topper for Mother’s Day and I have to say , it’s changed my life . I have gone from never sleeping and dreading going to bed to just going getting in bed whenever so I can feel enveloped in the beauty that is this mattress topper . I cannot begin to tell you the difference it has made to my pain throughout the night and how much that is helping throughout the day . There are many testimonials from disabled people or people with illnesses in the reviews and I’m here to tell you they are absolutely true . Believe the hype and 100% invest in the Panda topper . It’s an absolute game changer . I can even lie on my back ! I haven’t been able to do that in years because of my spine but this topper just moulds around you like a supportive cloud . A MUST buy !”

“I was suffering with severe back and hip pain due to osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia…. This mattress has been amazing to help with the pain . I would highly recommend after just a few nights sleep the pain was easier and more manageable I’m never pain free but this has helped it’s like sleeping on a cloud !”

“I purchased the hybrid bamboo pillow. It was delivered 5th March 2024. I have given it a fair shot although I noticed it started to give me neck and shoulder pain after 1st use. I asked husband to try it for a couple nights and he complained that it hurt his shoulder but not his neck. I have attempted to contact Panda via telephone several times but I am continuously told to leave a voicemail instead of adding me to the queue apparently their line is always busy or more likely non existent. They were not this incompetent when they took my money. I have also sent an email after leaving a voicemail as I have no other means of contacting them. I wish to return the pillow for a full refund so someone from panda please make contact.”

“Bought the bamboo topper from Costco for my new mattress that definitely wasn’t as comfy as the one we tried in the shop . I love a soft , squashy feeling to my mattresses and after trying two normal mattress toppers, I decided to give this one a go . Why did I wait so long !? It’s just like sleeping on a cloud . It didn’t smell and put it on the bed after a couple of hours . I don’t want to get up ! My only regret is I didn’t buy this sooner .”

“I have been very disappointed with the bamboo bedding. After only a couple of washes (on a wool/silk cycle at 30c using a mild detergent) it started pilling. The fact it can only be washed at 30c is a problem because it doesn't clean properly. The fitted sheet is too small and unhooks itself from the corners when laid on. And after only after a few months, they are literally falling apart (see photos). Bamboo bedding is an overpriced, poor-quality gimmick. Spending the same amount on decent cotton (which I have now done) will give you something of much higher quality.”

“Wouldn't normally write a review this early on in having a product but after 5 days, we have already noticed such a difference! We have our own business as landscape architects which involves a lot of hard physical labour. We always put down to having a bad night's sleep and waking up in so much pain to our work as we have a very expensive mattress that is only 6 years old. But my husband has really been suffering a lot lately so as an early father's day gift, got him the topper and pillow and he can't believe the difference. As soon as you lay on the bed, you think oh this is a bit hard but then your body is slowly cradled by the topper and can literally feel all your aches and pains alleviate. Another added bonus, my husband normally snores like thunder but since having the topper and pillow, his snoring is hardly noticeable! Thank you so much! For anyone going back and forth whether to purchase, do it!”

“Ordered Saturday, arrived by 09:30 on Monday, without paying for express delivery. Box ticked. I had a spinal fusion two years ago and have been struggling to sleep comfy for ages, let alone the knock on that has the following day. Having read the reviews I thought I’d give the topper a go on top of our firm mattress. All I can say is wow. Even in the crazy heat I slept soooo well. And most of all, I felt way better when getting out of bed. Another box ticked. In truth, it’s early days but I have a feeling I’ll never regret this purchase. Thank you Panda, I will continue praising, don’t worry about the commission ;-). For those is doubt, think of those comfy shoes you have that make being on your feet more bearable, this topper does the same job. Reduces aches and pains and gives your body a much better chance at getting a full nights rest ready for the day ahead.”

“I originally bought two of the pillows in 2018, after researching memory foam pillows and seeking a sustainable and environmentally friendly product! But what I got was so much more! I’ve never had such a fantastic nights sleep. I quickly purchased the mattress topper and have also also recently purchased the duvet! I cannot tell you how amazing these products are! “Bought a pillow as my very old memory foam pillow had seen better days. Liked the idea of using more environmentally considerate materials. Turned out they are just generally brilliant - my husband kept trying to steal my new pillow so he now has his own and we bought the mattress topper as well. Delivery was super quick and the packaging almost entirely recyclable (and generally minimal). Not cheap, but assuming they last, feels totally worth it.”
