I absolutely love the sandals. They are comfortable and classy looking. My issue is the pair I ordered, were damaged, after many calls and emails to customer service, the issue was sorted. But the fact the staff seemed, unbothered by the upset caused over damaged sandals bought for a very special occasion. The refunds took rather some time to be returned stating it takes 7 to 10 working days, in this day and age is laughable. In a nutshell beautiful footwear but dreadful customer care
