“My 3 pairs of shoes took more than 3 weeks to arrive which was very disappointing. When it did arrive, the parcel was battered but fortunately the shoes were ok inside. The shoes themselves are lovely and as nice as the images online - although sizes do come up quite small Overall not a great 1st experience”

“I have had size 41 before in a similar style to the grey thick soled trainers. They were beautiful quality but so much smaller than my previous pair. I stupidly did not send back because of postage cost and now I am left with an unwearable pair of trainers that I am hoping will fit my daughter! I will not buy online again.”

“When the sandals came they looked as gorgeous as I had hoped but unfortunately the top collided with my bunion on the left shoe and was not at all comfortable. Sadly I returned them immediately and used the tracking to know that they arrived back on the 12th August. I have still not received any refund. I phoned customer service and was told a refund was issued and would take 10 days to arrive in my bank account but to allow more time because of the bank holiday. Still checking and no refund from Moda in Pelle.”

“I really liked these trainers but when they arrived the stitching on the inside of the shoes had not been stitched smoothly, it was all crumbled and this was on both shoes. I feel that this is not the usual standard for Moda in Pella and I returned the shoes. Very dissppointed.”

“Online I bought trainers £39.95 WEB409804 when they arrived they were too small. I contacted the customer service number (which took many attempts to get through) for Leeds. To ask if I could take directly to LS7 1RG rather having to pay postage costs, as I only lived 20mins away. The member of staff told me that I couldn't take to any store they had to be posted to Moda In Pelle LS7 1RG. The postage cost me £3.10 on the 7th July. Today is the 1st August as yet you have still not received the trainers back. Again after several attempts by phone 0113 2007310 & speaking to your member of staff who told me there was nothing they could do. I have completed a Lost Inland Mail Claim form with the hopes that the parcel can be found or at least some compensation made. The lost claim can take up to 30 days & only a maximum of £25 that will not cover the cost of the trainers purchased from you. The 2 stars is based on the service received & there is nothing I can do attitude! The whole incident will not give me any incentive to purchase any more of your products. I am very disappointed in the overall running around, phone calls & costs I have incurred through no fault of my own. Cynthia Taylor”
