Recently I ordered three pairs of shoes. They got delivered to the wrong address, the postcode got changed somehow.
Then only two were available to resend.
Returned one as I didn't fit and no refund been issued over two weeks later.
Awaiting to hear back from customer services.... Before I would have said 5 star.
Now it this has been a pain rather than a nice shopping experience. Can't fault the actual shoes live the design comfort & quality.
