I ordered a pair of sandals which arrived poorly made and marks all over them. I wasn't impressed with the quality at all. I contacted customer services and they said to send them back and they would cover the cost as faulty. Ice sent then back now so will see what happens. I usually love moda in pelle but was disappointed this time. I've given 2 stars purely for customer services, would have been less if the feedback was just for the shoes themselves.
