Up till recently, I had never returned anything to Moda in Pelle. The item I ordered was not as described.
The returns refund process is frankly diabolical. They receive the item without incident and then procrastinate the refund. They say it takes 10 working days, utter nonsense, I have had to call once again and now they say it will now take a further 5days.
They received the return on 15th August. Not sure if I would ever order from them again because of this.
