“We were searching everywhere to find a bike for our daughters 27 birthday. All the bikes we found where not the kind of character needed for a girl who likes to stroll around with a surf board and live in a cool quirky town. Then I found Mango!!! You guys are an absolute marvel, the coolest bikes ever, we looked at the customised models but the classic cream was just the perfect mix of old skool and cool. The order was finished quicker than we anticipated and delivery was super quick, easy to finish assembly and then delivery to an unsuspecting daughter who was ecstatic and took off immediately round the car park on it. Perfect bike, thank you. Only one problem .... both of us now want to do a customised one to put on the wall!!!”

“Unfortunately I'm not having a great time with the company. Having been told my item had shipped over a week ago I've not heard anything further or received the item, I've emailed and called but I'm not getting any response :(”

“Ordered Kenda 25c tyres and got sent Freedom Roadrunner Sport tyres instead. Hopefully when my bike I ordered in May arrives all the parts are what I ordered and not substituted for something else.”

“Bought some tyres and were cheaper than other places but took about a week to be delivered when should of been 3 days. Communication was c**p don't bother getting in touch with you. They did end hold up there end of the deal which is what counts”

“Well I ordered a mini pump for my bike. Unfortunately it would not fit the lugs on my frame so I asked if I could return it to Mango and get a refund. I got no reply but meanwhile my son saw the pump and said it fitted his bike just fine so alls well that ends well.”

“Had a mango bike for years now and for a two year period was using it daily. In this time the only maintenance needed has been to replace the tires a couple of weeks ago. Thoroughly impressed with every interaction with mango and I would recommend this company to anyone!”

“I still haven't not received the grip flanges I ordered more than three weeks ago. I have been charged for it already and to add salt to the wound, I saw on my direct debit that you had signed me up for a payment plan for subsequent charges. I made a one off payment and didn't agree to any payment plans. Cancel this immediately. Terrible service. I still don't know if and when I will receive my order that I have been charged for. I've bought some other items online from other retailers the last couple of days and I've received those already but with Mango, three plus weeks later I'm still waiting. Very poor service indeed.”

Hi Richard Sorry you've not got this yet. They were sent out the following day after the order was placed. Tracking is showing stuck the Royal Mail system somewhere. We've set a new set out today. There is definitely no subscription set up by us. You should check with your bank about this is unsure what it's for. New grips should be with you this week hopefully.

“I absolutely love this bike. I've been riding it every day, and the color scheme really pops. I get asked about it every day as well. The ride is very nice and dealing with the company has been super nice and easy. Even though i live in the US the shipping was extremely quick and fair. 10/10 would purchase again.”

“The quality of the bike is exceptional and despite the unprecedented times we all faced, we have been informed step by step on the progress of the build! On the downside I would have expected the bike to come with couple of tools necessary for assembling the pedals and Allen keys for the handlebars and the seat. I understand that this might raise the cost a little but at least should be optional with the purchase. Overall great service and quality! My wife really enjoys the ride and I’m thinking on buying one for myself!”

“I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star for my experience with Mango bikes. I ordered my bike in the early stages of the C-19 lockdown under the premise that bikes were being delivered in 8-10 days...and I can completely understand that increased volume of orders and being impacted could see a slight delay in this time. I received my bike 8 weeks later (after having to pay to upgrade the frame because of stock issues) and the communication in this time was very poor. Once I received my bike I took it out for its first ride - first impression was the brakes are unusable due to the volume of the squeaking and by the time I got home my pedal had come off and ripped the thread from the crank arm and a wheel nut had come off. One casual bike ride (around 10 miles) had completely broken the bike. Again I gave Mango bikes the benefit of the doubt to give them the opportunity to help fix / find a solution - however I have been hit with a wall of silence - no response to emails, the phone line rings through and has never been answered and voice messages never returned. This is the first time I have ever left a review of a product but its just been such a horrible experience and the worst £500 I have ever spent! AVOID if you want to receive a bike that works or any level of service! If you hate money and usable bikes Mango is the company for you!”
