The quality of the bike is exceptional and despite the unprecedented times we all faced, we have been informed step by step on the progress of the build!
On the downside I would have expected the bike to come with couple of tools necessary for assembling the pedals and Allen keys for the handlebars and the seat. I understand that this might raise the cost a little but at least should be optional with the purchase.
Overall great service and quality! My wife really enjoys the ride and I’m thinking on buying one for myself!
