“I placed an order for accessories and received them pretty quickly. One of the items I ordered were out of stock, so I was contacted and offered a replacement. I am also still waiting for a bike order originally placed on the 11th May, it has been much longer than expected, but I do understand that given the current worldwide situation, things are not quite going to plan.”

“Received my OG Drop yesterday and it was totally worth the wait - rides like a dream! Current pandemic caused a big delay but was kept in the loop the entire time. Tools mentioned on the build video were sadly missing from the box, but otherwise super smooth and straightforward! Thanks guys 🌞”

“I really feel for you guys with recent poor reviews. It seems that people aren't patient enough to wait an extra week or so for a lovely, well built bike during a world wide pandemic. You are clearly stretched to the limits with supply chain, staffing and other issues. First world problems. I bought a 'gus' and it an awesome ride. It came well packaged and was easily put together with some basic bike tools. Keep up the good work. I hope to cycle across for a wee visit once the pandemic is over. You all deserve a few beers. Cheers!”

“I have held off writing this review, as I've been waiting and hoping for Mango Bikes to reply to my emails. The entire process was awful. Communication was lacking, support has been non existent, and I absolutely will not recommend Mango Bikes to anyone in the future. When I ordered my bike, the delivery time as advertised all over their website was 1 week - the real life experience was actually 5 weeks. To compound my frustrations about the whole process, I didn't even receive a Mango Bike, it turns out mine is an "Ango Bike", which speaks volume for their attention to detail. I've emailed them numerous times about this, to which I've had zero response. I understand that times have been tough, and you've been overwhelmed - but it's simple. Stop selling bikes, sort out your existing orders, pay some attention to customer support, and stop sending out newsletters when you can't even handle the orders you currently have. It's just greedy, plain and simple. Awful experience, awful business, will never deal with them again, and advise everyone I meet to do the same.”

“My commute to work has become a whole lot more fun!!! I'm delighted with my new bike. Mango have been really good at updating me and the customer service has been great in a very difficult period. The XL frame was definitely the right choice!”

“My bike arrived with a damaged rear wheel that was wonky and untrue. Unfortunately, this was not able to be fixed as it was a mango six spoke... everything else about the bike is great, except the wheels. So I have paid for a bike that I cannot ride. Customer service was absolutely awful at getting back to me, awfully slow! The situation still hasn’t been resolved and I have lost faith in the company to resolve the issue.”

“The bikes are fantastic!! We ordered during lockdown so there was a wait and they weren’t great at getting back to us, however from what I understand bikes are difficult to get hold of at the moment. The bikes are worth the wait!!”

“Whilst my bike arrived a lot sooner than expected in the current climate, I have so far been quite disappointed with my new bike. I ordered a point R, and have now had the bike for a month. From as soon as I unboxed it I had problems with the build quality and it has so far been into a bike shop 3 times since receiving it. The front brakes did not work and the front tyre was twisted. The tyres are also different to the ones that should come with the bike and Mango have not replied to any of my emails about this. I got the brakes adjusted and sorted the tyre but then the next few weeks lead to several problems with the bike chain falling off and the gears shifting themselves, something I wouldn't have expected from a brand new bike. I took it in for a full service and the bike shop thought it was coming in for its one year service, not brand new. Now it has been fixed it is lovely to ride and I'm able to enjoy the bike and feel safer but Mango should ensure they check the build quality of their bikes before sending as it has been a frustrating few weeks of trying to get it up and running and the bike was unsafe to ride on arrival.”

“I bought a single speed Arcol with bullhorn bars.The order took a couple of weeks to come through which was o.k. The bike took about an hour to set up and I was out on the road that afternoon.Its a great ride the slick tyres certainly help for speed and the bullhorn bars give multi-options for riding position.Overall a good looking great bike.Good service, Mango staff were very helpful.”

“Love my bike! Got the OG2X in Aqua. Great experience with Mango bikes all the way through. Spoke to Andrew on the phone before ordering who was very helpful. Bike came within 3 weeks. No bother to put together. Been out on it most days. Loving the niiiiicce bike shout outs so far!”

“I suffered from not the best communication when the company had received a high volume of orders, following the cover crisis. But the bike when i got it has been fantastic, high quality parts and build and excellent value for the money.”

“Not too impressed. I had very little communication regarding Covid-19 delays, I had to chase several times and when the bike arrived it had the wrong coloured handle bars and I have emailed to let them know and after two weeks still not had a response, also the frame seems bigger than a small so I have asked for that to be checked. Any contact I did have was polite and helpful but there has been a few walls of silence. The 7 day turnaround was about 7 weeks for me!”
