“My bike arrived with a damaged rear wheel that was wonky and untrue. Unfortunately, this was not able to be fixed as it was a mango six spoke... everything else about the bike is great, except the wheels. So I have paid for a bike that I cannot ride. Customer service was absolutely awful at getting back to me, awfully slow! The situation still hasn’t been resolved and I have lost faith in the company to resolve the issue.”

“The bikes are fantastic!! We ordered during lockdown so there was a wait and they weren’t great at getting back to us, however from what I understand bikes are difficult to get hold of at the moment. The bikes are worth the wait!!”

“Whilst my bike arrived a lot sooner than expected in the current climate, I have so far been quite disappointed with my new bike. I ordered a point R, and have now had the bike for a month. From as soon as I unboxed it I had problems with the build quality and it has so far been into a bike shop 3 times since receiving it. The front brakes did not work and the front tyre was twisted. The tyres are also different to the ones that should come with the bike and Mango have not replied to any of my emails about this. I got the brakes adjusted and sorted the tyre but then the next few weeks lead to several problems with the bike chain falling off and the gears shifting themselves, something I wouldn't have expected from a brand new bike. I took it in for a full service and the bike shop thought it was coming in for its one year service, not brand new. Now it has been fixed it is lovely to ride and I'm able to enjoy the bike and feel safer but Mango should ensure they check the build quality of their bikes before sending as it has been a frustrating few weeks of trying to get it up and running and the bike was unsafe to ride on arrival.”

“I bought a single speed Arcol with bullhorn bars.The order took a couple of weeks to come through which was o.k. The bike took about an hour to set up and I was out on the road that afternoon.Its a great ride the slick tyres certainly help for speed and the bullhorn bars give multi-options for riding position.Overall a good looking great bike.Good service, Mango staff were very helpful.”

“Love my bike! Got the OG2X in Aqua. Great experience with Mango bikes all the way through. Spoke to Andrew on the phone before ordering who was very helpful. Bike came within 3 weeks. No bother to put together. Been out on it most days. Loving the niiiiicce bike shout outs so far!”

“I suffered from not the best communication when the company had received a high volume of orders, following the cover crisis. But the bike when i got it has been fantastic, high quality parts and build and excellent value for the money.”

“Not too impressed. I had very little communication regarding Covid-19 delays, I had to chase several times and when the bike arrived it had the wrong coloured handle bars and I have emailed to let them know and after two weeks still not had a response, also the frame seems bigger than a small so I have asked for that to be checked. Any contact I did have was polite and helpful but there has been a few walls of silence. The 7 day turnaround was about 7 weeks for me!”

“It took some time for the bike to get here and their response time on the email was not great. However, I believe it was due to the pandemic. Besides that, I am very happy with my Langland single speed. I wish everyone at Mango bikes the best!”

“I recently ordered some gorgeous white Kenda tyres from the guys at Mango. The price was excellent and delivery was incredibly fast. Unfortunately there was a mistake at checkout and I was charged twice. Although the initial response time wasn't great, I think that, like everyone, lockdown had probably been incredibly difficult for the team. I'm delighted to say that I was contacted personally and issued a full refund, so now that's sorted I will definitely be using Mango bikes again.”

“Great quality product (flipflop 6 apple rear wheel) however they forgot to add the other (fixed cog) after many efforts to contact i finally got through to a polite man on the phone who said he would ship one out to me.Its now been two weeks without any contact i’ve tried both their phone line leaving 3 messages and many emails but still no reply. ruined my experience overall, was planning to purchase another wheel or even a bike but my mind has been changed by their lack of support. The quality of the product is the only thing keeping it from very poor”

“What an amazing bike! Having never ridden a fixie/flip flop hub bike before this has been an experience. The build quality is spot on. The self design aspect of the purchase is amazing. All in all a fantastic customer service from start to finish. If I have one niggle it is the fact that I never purchased one sooner. I could not recommeng your company highly enough. Thankyou.”

“Disappointing customer service throughout the buying experience To top it off, I was then ignored on all platforms after receiving a bike that was incorrectly put together using the wrong parts!! I had to take the bike to Evan's cycles and pay for the correct part myself. Mango continue to ignore me after I have raised this issue to them. Piss poor effort overall - would not recommend”
