I placed an order for accessories and received them pretty quickly. One of the items I ordered were out of stock, so I was contacted and offered a replacement.
I am also still waiting for a bike order originally placed on the 11th May, it has been much longer than expected, but I do understand that given the current worldwide situation, things are not quite going to plan.
