Advertised on Amazon as next day delivery. Lyco ignored those and delivered two day?s later. Did not respond to my correspondence asking why this happened?

The product seems fine enough and the online ordering website useable, but the courier failed to deliver on the appointed day, leaving me waiting at home until 10pm and then having to fetch it. Simply not good enough.

The heater works sometimes and other times will not turn on at all - the red light shows but not blowing .The room is very cold so don?t understand.All the knobs in the right place in case you ask! Possibly a problem with the thermostat but certainly the problem is not immediately evident Will monitor further.

very poor reply service from customer services, when I required information on the product I purchased from lyco, particularly because it was a safety issue with electricity. Not at all impressed by lack of seriousness from lyco customer services.

I am sorry there was no one available when you phoned earlier this afternoon. However since you called us I understand one of our Technical Team has been in email contact with you to explain your existing driver is not compatible with these bulbs. This is not a "safety issue with electricity". You have purchased the wrong bulbs for your system. We will forward the necessary details for you to return these bulbs and are happy to assist you with choosing alternatives which suit your requirements. A quick call into our Technical Team prior to purchase would have ensured we could have advised you at that point and prevented the inconvenience of you purchasing the wrong products. Packaging was damaged, I didn?t open until today and the light don?t work at all.

I placed my order and later received an email saying it had shipped with Apc for delivery 2 days later and a tracking number.. Shortly after I got another email saying it had shipped with Hermes. The delivery didn't arrive so I gave it another day just in case, but it still didn't arrive. I looked up the tracking that said it was in APC warehouse so I contacted Lyco by email. I got a response later that day showing my address and asking if it was correct as the Apc were apparently struggling to find me. That was as much as Lyco did for me and I finally managed to get APC to deliver it on 2nd April. It should have been delivered on 23rd March. I contacted Apc on three separate occasions and each time they said it would be sent out next day and blamed agency drivers they were using for non delivery, but it didn't arrive on any of those dates. In between I had emailed Lyco to ask them what they were doing to help me get this delivered but they didn't bother to reply, I was on my own. In summary my beef with Lyco is that even though I asked them to assist, they didn't even have the courtesy to reply and left me to try and sort it out. So, Customer service is a waste of time and I won't be using them again.

Bought a 3 pack 80w spotlights at £30 and not one lasted longer than a day. Took a bulb out of another fitting to make sure it?s not wiring and the old bulb has been in 3 days. I wouldn?t touch this supplier again.

I have not received my goods, and despite attempting to cancel the order and - having asked for a refund - I continue to get daily messages from Hermes (awful!) saying that they will try and deliver 'tomorrow'. But it seems that tomorrow never comes. - I waited in for a promised delivery on Wednesday 9th October (5pm - 7pm), without success.

Waiting six weeks for delivery is not satisfactory, despite paying for fast service and being told that the lightbulbs were on their way back in April!!!

Paid for next day delivery but it was didn't arrive in time. Emailed them to ask for a postage refund but no reply. Very disappointing.

I'm still waiting for delivery. I apprecaite that the current lockdown is impacting delivery schedules but I received an email from your courier saying it would arrive on 07/04/2020 at 4pm, but I'm still waiting. Unfortunately i can't get an answer to any of my phone calls.

Purchase and delivery, great, everything a customer would expect. Follow up service - abysmal. Product was not as expected so I contacted Lyco to replace or refund. They ignored 2 emails for nearly 3 weeks, so I called. I was told someone was dealing with it, placed on hold, and then told that the light was adjustable as if there was nothing wrong with it. I insisted on a replacement and agreed they would email me details to return the original product. The new light arrived, identical problem, no word on the return. Another 2 emails to chase, nothing. A final email saying I would obtain a refund via the credit card company and bin the lights, and amazingly a response the next day! Both products returned in 1 delivery, and now over 6 weeks later still no reply or refund. No plans to buy from Lyco again and a call to my credit card to get a refund.

Very poor. The item was never delivered despite several phone calls. Excuses ranged from an inability to find the house, there being no house name to no one being at home. I left clear instructions with the reception staff ( who were all very sympathetic and did their best) where the house was located. There is a house name. I was at home on each occasion.

Don't say next day delivery and deliver the following day. Trying to change the delivery address due to this was like pulling teeth, but was finally rectified.

Let down by DPD. 'Unable to find address' then 'Delayed driver' Should have been delivered Friday 29/06/18. Finally got it Weds 04/07/18
