“I had difficulty putting a new dimmable bedside light together. I rang customer services and after discussoin, they agreed that there was a problem with the tool to secure the screw ring. I received a new light the very next day and after successful assembly, is working perfectly. Thank you very much for your quick response.”

“You said delivery would be within 1-2 working days. I ordered on Wednesday and needed the lights by Friday for my builder to fit as he's here today, but they're due to be delivered on Saturday. I would have gone to Toolstation or Screwfix if I hadn't been misled by your 1-2 working days delivery. I now need to get my builder back on another day so another £300 day rate and £10.20 parking permit. Really disappointed.”

“Hard to write a review of Lyco itself, since I haven't received my item yet, after a week. This is mainly down to FedEx not delivering even though my item has been sitting at the local distribution centre for several days.”
