Lyco provided a good service but some aspects of teh product were poor. I have ordered this product before and realised that the electrical connectors are of very poor qulaity and I find it difficult ti believe they comply with UK regs. The cover for the electical connectors wouldnt stay shut so I had to use tape. The cable tension system relies on a fiddly clip which was difficult to fit. The deisgners should bear in mind that this is a downlight and is fitted into a cieling which at a height and the ease of fitting should reflect this.

Nothing wrong with Lyco or the lights I ordered & I was happy with the cost. Unfortunately the low score comes from deciding to use FedEx as your courier. They provided a 4 hour window & missed it by another 3 hours. This is common practice for them & unfortunately now I know FedEx is your courier choice, I shall not be ordering from you again.

Placed an order over two weeks ago, with one day delivery. The order didn’t arrive until two days ago, even after I emailed them saying I’ve had to order from somewhere else as I needed the lights asap. Tried to phone them three times and left on hold for 10 minutes each time until it cut off. And no reply to my email

Ordered product and delivery was not to bad. But unfortunately the product doesn’t work so have contacted customer service and asked for a return or replacement. Still No reply as yet to see how this is going to be felt with. It would be better if there was someone to actually speak to as I know have a Site works delay of unknown length. So all in all not to great a service to but perfectly honest.

Order two outdoor wall lights in Black. Recieved two in mid Grey. Disappointed. However, very good response from the young lady when I phoned to complain. I will be in contact again to arrange return & refund. Stock & Website need to be checked for accuracy.

Orderd some litghts came with in a two days but had no bulbs sent it back and it cost me £6 will not use them

Delivery was comitted within 1 working day while it is he 3rd day and no delivery yet. How can you ask for a review before even delivering. That shows a weak logistic system.

Ordered on Thursday morning as it said Friday delivery. Now won’t receive until Monday if I had known I would’ve paid the extra £30 to pick up from in store

Very happy with the product but extremely disappointed that I only received 4 of the 9 ordered despite paying for express delivery, apparently I will have to wait 3 weeks for the balance of my order. (express delivery fee has been refunded but I will still have to pay for a 2nd visit for the electrician to fit!!)

Order placed on a Wednesday, paid express delivery (1 to 2 days) never arrived, 2 emails later and 9 days late I got the order, hope this was just a 1 off

Delivery for my led batten light was really quick but unfortunately the unit was faulty and didn’t work. Still awaiting response from Lyco as they say it’s a non returnable item. I’m sure they will get around to rectify the issue

Thank you for getting in touch. No item is a "non returnable" item if faulty so I think there has been a misunderstanding. The item cannot be returned via our portal due to its dimensions, that is the explanation - the customer care team need to arrange the collection directly. The two LED strip lights arrived in just two days, this was the only positive point. The lights were fitted with just 6 inches of connecting cable, okay I guess if your power sauce is just above the fitting point, however, if a surface mount of cabling is required connections are very difficult. One unit had wiring defect (now replaced by Lyco) but multiple checks were necessary to establish it was the light rather than the wiring circuit. These are not lights I would recommend. Score two stars because Lyco service team arranged for a replacement to be dispatched.

Our light was due to delivered yesterday between 10.20 and 12.20. After waiting at home, It obviously did not arrive. Theres a possibility the light may delivered today between 4 and 6. This review does not reflect on Lyco or there products. Its all down to the delivery company APC....

Advised that product would be delivered on 8th, did not turn up. Delivery rescheduled for 9th, only 1 of 4 boxes was delivered. Now being told other boxes were taken back to the depot and will be delivered on Monday. Poor communication.

Lyco communication was great and the apparent delivery time was also good. Unfortunately they use DX express as their couriers who have now failed to deliver on 2 occasions, 1st time they never showed and the 2nd time I literally walked up to the driver to ensure I got my parcel but he just drove off. Lyco really should have done their due diligence before contracting such an awful firm.

They did not let me cancel the order even though I just ordered the wrong item. I bought another one straight away. When I got the lights I tried to return the one I did not need I would have to pay return postage which Iam refusing to do. I literally try to cancel straight after I bought a second light.

Delivery was delayed, that was fine, but was rescheduled for Sept. 8. As of now, nearly a week later, we still have not received it. It is likely the delivery service, but I have contacted them, and received no reply. I think you need a better delivery service.

Easy to use website used several times in the last but latest package arrived damaged and internal lightbulb boxes damaged. Not sure yet whether the bulbs themselves are working
