I have not received my goods, and despite attempting to cancel the order and - having asked for a refund - I continue to get daily messages from Hermes (awful!) saying that they will try and deliver 'tomorrow'.
But it seems that tomorrow never comes. - I waited in for a promised delivery on Wednesday 9th October (5pm - 7pm), without success.
