Very poor. After a MONTH I still await the correct items. I ordered two warm white reflector lamps but received one warm white and one cold 6000k lamp. Following an email I was sent a replacement BUT Lyco again sent the wrong lamp. I have had no reply to recent e-mails and no return telephone calls. This is VERY BAD.

Sincere apologies David. There was a mix-up in our warehouse over these two very similar products. Unfortunately when we got to the route of the issue we then overlooked sending out the correct lamp to you. I am so sorry. The correct lamp has been dispatched now and you should receive it within a couple of days. Periodically we make mistakes but are usually much quicker at resolving than we were in this case. The worst service ever. After 4 phone calls and 3 E mails, I have still not received the promised delivery. Hermes the carrier has failed to deliver on 5 days and I have now cancelled the order. An absolute farce! I just hope LYCO show a little more efficiency in refunding my money. NEVER AGAIN!

avoid this company. lost almost 3 weeks waiting for the parcel. apparently they use a very cheap delivery company that has lost my parcel twice.

Advertised on Amazon as next day delivery. Lyco ignored those and delivered two day?s later. Did not respond to my correspondence asking why this happened?

very poor reply service from customer services, when I required information on the product I purchased from lyco, particularly because it was a safety issue with electricity. Not at all impressed by lack of seriousness from lyco customer services.

I am sorry there was no one available when you phoned earlier this afternoon. However since you called us I understand one of our Technical Team has been in email contact with you to explain your existing driver is not compatible with these bulbs. This is not a "safety issue with electricity". You have purchased the wrong bulbs for your system. We will forward the necessary details for you to return these bulbs and are happy to assist you with choosing alternatives which suit your requirements. A quick call into our Technical Team prior to purchase would have ensured we could have advised you at that point and prevented the inconvenience of you purchasing the wrong products. Lights ordered on 21october now 30 October nine day wait ! NO LIGHTS ... unable to get help by phone to Lyco - answer phone message left - no reply - email sent - no reply have to wait three days for reply still waiting !!! Hermes have allegedly tried to deliver items three times text ... for delivery arrives after time slot.... unable to connect Hermes by phone or email WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. PLEASE HELP

They use Hermes which is an appalling delivery service. I ordered my products a month ago. When I order they said 3 days to deliver and I am still waiting. The service I have had is terrible.

Bought a 3 pack 80w spotlights at £30 and not one lasted longer than a day. Took a bulb out of another fitting to make sure it?s not wiring and the old bulb has been in 3 days. I wouldn?t touch this supplier again.

Okay, quality of product and delivery was good. The problem is what you are not informed about when purchasing this light. Having selected the light fitting and then the recommended tube from the Lyco page you would assume that it would be a very simple matter of fitting the light and putting in the recommended tube flick the switch and bingo all good to go. NO! ths is not the case. It turns out that the new fitting you just bought must be modified by changing the wiring configuration to bypass the ballast unit. This is because the recommended tube is LED. You should make it clear to the buyer that the recommended tube for this light will not work!!! That is not until you have rewired the light fitting as this is something unexpected and not everyone would feel comfortable in doing themselves. After some initial frustration and then saved by a visit to YouTube the new light is in my shed and working nicely with a by-passed ballast. .

I have not received my goods, and despite attempting to cancel the order and - having asked for a refund - I continue to get daily messages from Hermes (awful!) saying that they will try and deliver 'tomorrow'. But it seems that tomorrow never comes. - I waited in for a promised delivery on Wednesday 9th October (5pm - 7pm), without success.
