Shocking service. Ordered on Wednesday before Easter bank holiday after speaking to them via phone they assured me if I chose Saturday delivery for an extra cost id recieve the goods. I didnt receive them until the Wednesday after so stopped me doing a job on the bank holiday Monday at a community center where it was only going to be closed that Monday for me to do the work. I was left out of pocket and now having to reschedule job. What an embarrassment!! Don't use

Item arrived two days after delivery date give. I emailed the company and asked why and not give the reason of coronavirus situation. Received a very curt reply back stating how they control things to look after their staff and contract who they work with. Not even an apology or thank you for emailing them over the late delivery. Would never purchase from Lyco again or recommend anyone else to purchase from them. I star rated them as 1 but in reality I would say -2.

I am sorry you are disappointed with us.  For future reference if you need items urgently, you can choose our "next working day" delivery service.  On this occasion you chose the "three to five day" delivery option when you placed your on-line order hence the consignment took slightly longer to arrive.   I hope you find this helpful. Terrible service the! Lack of communication the items have not yet been sent and it mentions on the website that it will take 2-4 days to deliver. It has been way longer than that. I sent an email to customer service and after days I got not response.

Ordered 2 photocell led bulbs in January,both needed for the job. 1 received then 2nd in late March. Not good enough had to purchase elsewhere

Do not buy this product. The wiring label inside the unit is dangerously misleading and unit does not fit together flush so that the gap between the front and back can let in water. (This has been raised in another review). When I complained to Lyco all I got was **(word removed by Feefo) ** responses justifying the gap as being watertight (the fact that it looks so naff was not explained) and a denial that here was a wiring problem. There is supposed to be a wiring diagram (according to the badly written fitting instructions) but this was not enclosed but thankfully I spotted the error on the label inside the unit and took corrective action. For the money this is a rip off when you can buy better quality lamps at B&Q for only £25 (this cost nearly £80 including postage and VAT).

I am sorry you are so disappointed with the product you purchased.  This is a very popular staple of our range, the feedback in the main has been positive albeit with mention from one customer that the instructions could do with some improvement.This feedback has been passed to our supplier.   Some of the reviews previously posted on our website include the following:-   * Super product doing the combination of dawn to dusk lighting with sensor as well. Fitted by electrician who found no          issues.  *We already have two of these on our stable block. They look good and work well. Giving low level lighting for security. * Installed 3 days ago. Very pleased so far. Works well. Installation instructions could be more detailed.  When you contacted us we immediately checked our stock and found no issues with regard to the wiring labels or the wiring diagrams.  Both were as they should be.  It is regrettable that you would not agree to us collecting the light fitting you purchased to allow us to send for inspection.    We did our very best to assist you in trying to establish the cause of your clear frustration therefore it is not correct to suggest that either our Technical Manager or myself  acted in any way other than to try and reach a resolution for you, our valued customer.   We strongly recommend that all light fittings are installed by a qualified contractor and would respectfully suggest if customers decide to carry out their own installations,  they should  before commencing, consider whether they have the necessary skill set to carry out the task safely and successfully.   Thank you for taking the time to comment.

Poor derlivery service and didn't deliver on a next day . Also delivery people didn't leave a delivery card as stated on emails if I wasn't in when they left items with a neighbour . Long delays as problems with suppliers so I received my order in three separate orders. And due to delays unable to install so if there is a problem with my order as stated on delivery letter time scale will have ran out . I was going to order more lights but after problems I have had Ian going else where. And also updates emails sent at unearthly hours such as this one . Then a little note pops up saying perfect ! Anything else? I think not .

Problems with their courier, and items that were supposed to be in stock were not. Overall it took nearly 2 weeks to get a few light bulbs

I ordered LED bulbs but the bulbs that I received get very hot instantly which confirms that they are not LEF

I ordered a dusk to dawn floodlight in November 2016, then was told it was discontinued. The order was cancelled by Lyco. Mid-February they shipped a floodlight, with emailed paperwork showing it was the item I had originally ordered. What arrived was a PIR floodlight in a different style for which payment had been taken. Emails to advise them of this went unanswered for almost a week.

The pedestal fan I received is incomplete, it does not even have a stand, it is only fit for the tip.

Very disappointed with lyco ordered 2 low energy wall lights which came with damaged bulbs and haven't received my GLS led bulbs which I ordered on the 13th September and we are now on the 24th of September I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends and family I won't be using them again.

When you order ensure the product is delivered to customers address not some address mikes away. Answer e mails!!!! Don?t eventually tell us it was Monday and your ?Customer service? is a bit behind.
