Easy order and quick delivery. Lightweight, simple to fit and brilliant light. Couple of tiny niggles. An extra 250mm of cable would help avoid using a juction box and the delivery person completely ignored my instructions - I was out and asked for the package to be put over a side gate where it could not been seen. They left the package on my front door, easily seen from the road.

The shopping experience was fine with fast delivery, all good, thank you. The only negative is that the LED light bulbs ordered require a rubber sucker for easy installation and removal, and, although I already had one I did expect to find at least one in the box given the size of the order?

Nothing negative but the LED T8 tube didn’t fit the mounting in the kitchen. Apparently the “ballast” needs to be removed. I will have to buy a complete lighting unit.

Order was dealt with promptly and arrived in good order. I bought a 'Dimmable 40W LED Panel 1200mm x 300mm Daylight 5500K-6000K', however in the instructions it said 'don't use this item with a dimmer switch'. Also the webpage should mention, when buying this product that you also need the 40W LIFUD Driver - 1000mA. Very easy to put up for an average DIYer, and the light is very effective.

Prices are competitive and range of stock very good. Great if you want bulk or expensive items. Delivery was prompt and easy to track - pity you need to spend £70 to get free delivery!!

sales service was good albeit a reminder needed to respond to queries - website excellent and delivery good except one parcel arrived with the packaging of the light tracks torn open at both ends which I am reporting to you later - looks like a delivery issue as they said there was an issue and a delay in delivering

The delivery was prompt but it appears I have received a LED light with a standard orange glow instead of the cool white. I must assume it was an oversight on my part but I can't return it as I have fitted it to the ceiilling

Parcel expected Monday but arrived Tuesday due to transport problems...but i was kept informed It was delivered within the scheduled slot on the Tuesday It has not yet been opened for inspection

Very pleased with the item I purchased but it arrived damaged. Normally I would put this down to the postage service but as the outer box it came in was undamaged I would have to assume it was sent to me as such.

I found the ordering easy enough but your couriers leave a lot to be desired. On Friday they informed me that they had got my parcel and would be delivering it later. However ever since this message it has been one excuse after another and here we are at Saturday afternoon and nothing has arrived. So much for overnight deliveries??? I’ll update when I receive my lamp?
