their Couriers are to blame ,i was out they left no note ,i wouldnt of known if i hadnt looked at my emails,! your firm wanted me to chase up , i refused, wanted my money back but was told they would have to resend to a house which again i wouldnt be in !!!! EVENTUALLY ONE OF YOUR STAFF SAID I WOULD BE REFUNDED, all in all a lot of mither over two £12 bulbs, not good guys in my honest opinion.............

I've chased a number of times to find out what has happened to the lights I ordered at the beginning of December. Apparently they have been sent out now with two carriers and I haven't eveb had an acknowledgement from the delivery companies to say they have an order. I don't trust this is even a real company now. I wouldn't buy with them again.

Pretty rubbish as I bought bulbs they claimed were dimmable and turned out to be nothing of the kind and when I complained was told it was my fault for having the wrong kind of dimmer switch - the type that MOST people wouldhave!!!

Prompt delivery of goods is dire Corvid-19 is not an excuse for poor service.

Items were delivered later than expected and partially broken on arrival. Customer services have been emailed (with photos of broken bulbs) and have not replied.

Absolutely terrible. Didn't have two of the items in stock, so paid for express delivery and had one item arrive one day and one later. No response from customer service to my email. Clearly don't care about customers. I would never use them again and would urge others to exercise caution. A very disappointing experience from a British merchant.

I'm very sorry you did not receive a response from us.  Having investigated we cannot locate an email from you howeverin the event we did overlook in error, my apologies.  We care very much about our customers -  the feedbackwe receive regularly on this very forum is testament to that.  I am not quite sure how else we have transgressed to cause you such dissatisfaction.   Each website page indicates the date the particular item will be delivered.  As per the order confirmation emailed to you, your order was due to be completed on 3rd November and in fact was completed with a delivery to you at 18:12 on the 2nd November therefore a day early. If you would care to email customerservice@lyco.co.uk and expand on how you feel we could have improved your experience I would be happy to hear from you.  We very much value our customers taking the time to comment. Parcel of tubes cane snapped in half. Rejected delivery. Sent Lyco an email but haven?t heard back or been sent replacement.

You have sold me sub-standard bulbs. Two of them caught for last night. They do not actually work as dimmable bulbs.

We have sold many many units of these bulbs and therefore your feedback is very surprising and of course concerning.  I understand our Technical Manager has been in touch directly with you with regard to establishing their application and the circumstances surrounding the incident.  Your feedback was acted on as a priority given its nature.   It is our intention to send these bulbs back to the manufacturers for testing just as soon as they are made available to us as we have previously advised.  We will contact you directly again with a view to having them collected by our carriers and would be grateful if you could accommodate this as per our previous requests.  Kind Regards Patricia Mullane

The package took 2 months to arrive and had only one bulb of the six paid for. Absolutely terrible.

Lyco sent the ceramic fitting lights whiteout buble rap and 5no out of 8 as exiting inside box delivery were cracked ..... When I have rearranged to re deliver the other 5 no they forgot to add the house no and DPD couldn't find us delaying for another day ... small things but resulting in delaying the project for 3days ....

If you don't have items in stock, don't allow your customers to order online regardless, then wait close to a month for delivery. Poor....

Ordered spotlights, however they were unsuitable for my project. This is where I have a problem, to return these item you have to use there courier with an authorization number, however the courier they use is Myhermes, which is the same courier that delivered the items (1 working day), which we had no problems with. On returning via Myhermes, Lyco have advised it can take 14 working days to get to them, seems utterly ridiculous, so any item you are returning, be ready to wait 4 weeks for a refund!. Only delivered one fitting instead of the two I paid for and one of the bulbs was smashed. When I called to inform Lyco I was not taken seriously and have had no response to my call or email (a day later)

Three different dates and times given for delivery. Wasted time and money waiting for promised delivery times. Contractor stood around waiting. Lame excuses

I showed that I had been sent the wrong items and that I had used them and all I have received in return is that they should work and are we using a compatible system. no offer to replace or exchange

 I am very sorry your order was delayed. This was due to a mix-up at the carriers depot which as per my recent communications to you has now been resolved.  As soon as we were made aware we acted immediately to resolve the matter as speedily as possible. I ordered 5 fluorescent light tubes. On arrival they were all broken. When I rang to complain the lady who answered wasn?t really bothered. Hence I will not be using them again.

The item I bought was awful so am returning it. But have to pay £5 for returning and have to take it to a depot. Also when I filled in the return form it asked for a value and because I put in a £ sign it wouldn?t accept it had to ring up to find out what was wrong
