I find it very difficult to give a review as I still have not received the shoes which I ordered. I was given a delivery date of between July 9th - 13th. When I had still not received them on 19th July I rang the company. I was given the excuse that it was the fault of Hermes and not Lotus but that the problem had been sorted. If Lotus were aware of this problem why was I still not informed. This is very bad customer service.

Ordered some shoes Tuesday 13th - had confirmation of order and paid for delivery which should have been a couple of working days. Now 20th - not received, Hermes tracker says "still expected" at their hub and despite trying to call Lotus at least 4 times and emailing their web sales address, no answer or response. Love their shoes but their service is shocking.

Still haven’t received my order after 12 days. After I contacted them they finally told me they are not in stock. Waiting for a refund

I haven’t received my goods and you have taken the money for them. Hermes are uncontactable as are the Lotus customer service. Please refund my money immediately!

Ordered my new sandals in silver 😀disappointed to receive them in gold 😞phoned customer service twice in two days left all my details NO RESPONSE 😔sent an email to customer service and still no response a week later !!!!!! Was going to keep the gold sandals and buy the silver ones as per original order with my lotus10 discount code but a total waste of my effort ☹️Please be careful when ordering from Lotus !I didn’t reorder the silver sandals (would still love to have them) . Customer service is terrible and I don’t think I will get a reaction from lotus😢

Shoes delivered in a bashed box with elastic band round it holding the lid on. Right shoe had a stain on it. Shoes had obviously been worn before

Never received the Shoes, even though money was taken and item confirmed as dispatched????? Did receive a refund, but with no apology or explanation of why items were confined as dispatched but not received! Very disappointed. Not sure I will be ordering again from Lotus in a hurry.

Brought a pair of Lotus comfort casuals. Walked across the lawn which had a bit of dew on it and got a wet foot! Had a look and could see it was a result of bad finishing where the upper met the sole. To far and inconvient to take back. Won’t be buying Lotus shoes anymore.

Ordered twice, in total 6 different types of shoes. All orders fully paid and not heard anymore. No one answers the phone number given in the web page and in the emails aa well and have sent emails across about any updates of my orders, no response or updates what so ever. Really disappointed

We’re sincerely sorry that you have experienced a number of problems with getting in contact with us this week. Unfortunately at the weekend our warehouse facility and customer service office was flooded, leaving no electricity and consequently we were unable to reach out to customers. We are now back online, all orders have been dispatched and our telephone lines have been restored. Ordered boots. Money taken and not heard anymore. No one answers the phone number given in the web page and have sent numerous emails and had no response. Shocking customer service. Will update later if I get my boots or even a reply.

After I ordered I was advised the shoes were out of stock, I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later and have failed to receive a response to any emails

still not recieved my order. have rang several times- got through first time which they said they would look into and get back to me but havent. since then i either get engaged tome or answer phone. despite leaving messages still no respone.

Ordered a pair of slippers for my wife. Within a matter of 4 days a bobble had come detached on both slippers. Appear to be stuck on with tape. Not what you expect for an expensive pair of slippers. I have registered this complaint by email to you and wait for your reply
