Ordered some shoes Tuesday 13th - had confirmation of order and paid for delivery which should have been a couple of working days. Now 20th - not received, Hermes tracker says "still expected" at their hub and despite trying to call Lotus at least 4 times and emailing their web sales address, no answer or response.
Love their shoes but their service is shocking.
