Delivery good. Had to return as not a true size 7. More like a 6 and very narrow. Unlike other lotus shoes I have purchased. Also had problem using the returns system. Had to pay for post office return in the end. Sadly after this experience I won’t be ordering again in future.

Shoes bought in the sale so small I’m now reluctant to buy again as the sizes must have changed , size 4 fits me everywhere else but not with yours now so no point taking the risk , and had no reply from your company sadly .

Shoes were very nice but didn't fit. Delivery service appalling arrived 3 days after the delivery date.

Dissatisfied beautiful shoes to look at only to small ! Size 4 been that size with with lotus for years ! Last three pairs 4 still fit ,so why now small ! Sadly my love for your shoes is over ? Have sent a measage but no reply &photos!😥very disappointing how come My reviws help but you never gat any reply's !

I ordered these for my sons wedding and within 2 hours the heel broke on one of them so had to have photographs taken in my flip flops

Twice now I have ordered a Navy Bag, and today, despite reassurance that it would not happen again, you have sent me a Black bag. The first one was ex shop stock and covered in scratches by the way. It is my first experience with lotus and I was told it was a one off oversight and would be looked into! Trusting your words I ordered again, and am now stuck with a bag I did NOT order and all the hassle of returning and trying to get a full refund, without you deducting the return label cost as stated. What are going to do this is ridiculous!! Show is the Black Bag, I again ordered NAVY which from my understanding is Blue!

Ordered 2 x pairs shoes, mens 11. Paid extra for next day delivery. Complained about not delivered. Was told to wait a few days. Shoes eventually arrived, no refund for next day delivery payment. 1 pair is 25cm longer than the other pair. Neither are size 11 UK. Buy elsewhere

I can't say how this pair are as I never received them despite having received delivery confirmation, the picture shows a patch of grass that could have been taken anywhere with no parcel in the picture its hard to track down where they are, In the past I've had lots of different styles of Lotus shoes they have all been so comfy.

On 3 July I sent this complaint to Lotus - despite their acknowledgment saying they will "do their utmost to respond within 48 hours" it is now 9 July and I am yet to hear from them - disgraceful customer service. "In March this year after much searching I purchased a pair of Green Suede Delfina Slingback Court Shoes and matching Aletta Clutch Bag to complement my Veni Infantino dress for my mother of the groom outfit. My Son's wedding was on Saturday (28 June). I carried the bag - deciding to use it as a clutch bag rather than over my shoulder. During the ceremony I went to wipe my eyes and noticed green dye all over my hands. Later that afternoon one of the children spilt a glass of water on the table and a splash went on my bag - the dye seemingly just ran out the bag leaving green dye all over my placemat. I am bitterly disappointed and extremely angry - the situation with the bag is totally unacceptable and should not have happened. I do not expect to spend over £1,000 on an outfit for a very special day to have it marred by a bag that has not been dyed properly and is not colour-fast - can you imagine what would have happened if we'd had rain?! How am I expected to wear/use them with the knowledge I am likely to be covered in green dye? I look forward to hearing from you." Perhaps Lotus you could give me the courtesy of a response and let me know how you intend to rectify the situation.

Shoes were bought for a present first time worn and served to push foot over and create excessive wear so muchbthat needed re healing. Timpsons checked and said soles are rounded and the right shoe won't even stand up on uts own. Very poor quality but as they have been worn we have no option to return them.

Hi, for as long as I can remember I have worn Loftus sandals instead of slippers around the house, mainly Lotus douglas size 10 witch are very comfortable, as you know i Iordered a pair of Blue Thuram Raft sandals size 44 which were on offer, I was surprised when they were delivered, they were 30mm smaller in length and 12mm in width smaller, why such a great difference, in the size when they should be the same, after all this time LOTUS very disappointed. I have been very disappointed with my purchase this time. I ordered 3 pairs of boots in the sale, 1 pair were not in stock and were credited. 2 pairs arrived, 1 were as ordered and the other was nothing like the picture on the box or on the website. I contacted customer services last week and have not had a reply yet

Very disappointed with customer services at Lotus. After placing an order and receiving email confirmation of said order I realised I’d ordered navy instead of black. I began ringing CS within 3 minutes of placing the order. I tried countless times without speaking to anyone so tried emailing to rectify the problem but nothing. I then received an email saying my order had been processed!! I paid p&p plus £3 will be deducted from the refund which is very annoying especially when on the website it states there is 24 hours to amend before processing.
