“Hello, I purchased this 2 pairs of ankle boots. During the last years I have bought at least 5 different styles and colors of the Athens style ankle boots with the 6.5 cm heel. They are so elegant and comfy. I can wear them for hours since the first day and never feel tired. However the Eva Boots although very beautiful they turned out to be quite narrow and too high the heel for me. Unfurtunately I proceeded to its return. If there is a pair of ankle boots in tan colour Nr 5 with 6.5 cm heel I would be interested in buying. Thank you.”

“Ordered size 42 which is what I always order for my husband. However, the latest ones were far too small. He couldn’t even get his feet into them. Soooo disappointed. Returning them, and having to pay for the privilege of doing so. I would have ordered a larger size , unfortunately l think I would have had to order at least 2 sizes larger. Didn’t want to risk having to pay to return again. Plus your packaging was far too small to return them in.”

“They are advertised as 8/42 on the size chart but are in fact 8/41 which is too small. I then had to pay to return. If I had know this I wouldn’t have bought in the first place. Very annoying. Reply from Lotus says it’s a general guide-but it’s not correct 😠”

“Suitable only for those with insect size legs! These boots are so narrow in the leg, impossible to get on. Very disappointing. I won't be trying any more as I begrudge paying to return them. I'll buy from companies who don't charge for returns.”

“I returned one of my shoes that was ordered because it was too small. I have not received a return confirmation from lotus. I called 0616525768 several times but it has been going to voicemail. I need someone to get back to me/refund my money They shouldn't ask customers pay for return”

“Disgusted with the workmanship of the shoes. Poor insole fitting and glue visible and able to be felt through a sock. Looks like a child made these shoes not a professional. First time I’ve purchased from you and won’t do that again. Still awaiting a refund”

“Delivery good. Had to return as not a true size 7. More like a 6 and very narrow. Unlike other lotus shoes I have purchased. Also had problem using the returns system. Had to pay for post office return in the end. Sadly after this experience I won’t be ordering again in future.”

“Shoes bought in the sale so small I’m now reluctant to buy again as the sizes must have changed , size 4 fits me everywhere else but not with yours now so no point taking the risk , and had no reply from your company sadly .”

“Dissatisfied beautiful shoes to look at only to small ! Size 4 been that size with with lotus for years ! Last three pairs 4 still fit ,so why now small ! Sadly my love for your shoes is over ? “Twice now I have ordered a Navy Bag, and today, despite reassurance that it would not happen again, you have sent me a Black bag. The first one was ex shop stock and covered in scratches by the way. It is my first experience with lotus and I was told it was a one off oversight and would be looked into! Trusting your words I ordered again, and am now stuck with a bag I did NOT order and all the hassle of returning and trying to get a full refund, without you deducting the return label cost as stated. What are going to do this is ridiculous!! Show is the Black Bag, I again ordered NAVY which from my understanding is Blue!”

“Ordered 2 x pairs shoes, mens 11. Paid extra for next day delivery. Complained about not delivered. Was told to wait a few days. Shoes eventually arrived, no refund for next day delivery payment. 1 pair is 25cm longer than the other pair. Neither are size 11 UK. Buy elsewhere”

“I can't say how this pair are as I never received them despite having received delivery confirmation, the picture shows a patch of grass that could have been taken anywhere with no parcel in the picture its hard to track down where they are, In the past I've had lots of different styles of Lotus shoes they have all been so comfy.”

“On 3 July I sent this complaint to Lotus - despite their acknowledgment saying they will "do their utmost to respond within 48 hours" it is now 9 July and I am yet to hear from them - disgraceful customer service. "In March this year after much searching I purchased a pair of Green Suede Delfina Slingback Court Shoes and matching Aletta Clutch Bag to complement my Veni Infantino dress for my mother of the groom outfit. My Son's wedding was on Saturday (28 June). I carried the bag - deciding to use it as a clutch bag rather than over my shoulder. During the ceremony I went to wipe my eyes and noticed green dye all over my hands. Later that afternoon one of the children spilt a glass of water on the table and a splash went on my bag - the dye seemingly just ran out the bag leaving green dye all over my placemat. I am bitterly disappointed and extremely angry - the situation with the bag is totally unacceptable and should not have happened. I do not expect to spend over £1,000 on an outfit for a very special day to have it marred by a bag that has not been dyed properly and is not colour-fast - can you imagine what would have happened if we'd had rain?! How am I expected to wear/use them with the knowledge I am likely to be covered in green dye? I look forward to hearing from you." Perhaps Lotus you could give me the courtesy of a response and let me know how you intend to rectify the situation.”
