“The sandals are comfortable but the leopard print on the sandals is just stuck on and one has come of I just stuck it back on again as I wasn’t wanting the bother of returning them I got them at sale price but I see there back up to full price they are definitely not worth the full price I just had them on for 1 hour and the leopard print started to come away it would be better if it was stitched onto the sandal but it just cheap stick on mock leopard print.”

“The quality and design of the three pairs of shoes I ordered were excellent but sadly they didn’t fit me properly. My issue arose when I chose to return them. They arrived in one package but I had to repackage each pair and shoes separately and pay individually for shipping to return them. I was very disappointed to need to pay three times for postage when they all arrived together. Sadly this will influence me with further purchases.”

“The shoes were beautiful however a very small fitting if you have a wide instep . I am a eight and you don't manufacture in a 9 which is very short sighted of your company and would get more customers to buy from your company.”

“Although the overall quality, design and fit of the shoes is good there is a very small mark on the front of one shoe. So not perfectly happy with them. As it is not too obvious and I ordered them to wear for a function with no time to return for an exchange I kept the shoes. But was slightly dissatisfied with Lotus.”

“On this occasion I am sorry I had to mark down because I love the product. I have ordered twice before so ordered my usual size but when they arrived they were too small. So I ended up paying for them to be delivered and then another £3 to return them because they were smaller than the other shoes I have ordered from them”

“I've purchased the boots and chose the size I normally wear. When they've arrived they were too small. I understand that shoes can fit differently, however, having to pay for the delivery and pay to return the shoes feels a bit like a scam. If they can't be bothered having shops and they make customers pay for it.”

“Bought 2 pairs of these slippers for my husband. Bought lotus slippers and shoes for years. No problems, until now. They are size 42, his size. However they are soooooo small. No way could he even get his foot into the slippers. Have you changed manufacturers? Sending both pairs back.”

“The shoes came well packaged . apart from the sizing everything was good. The sandals came up smaller than a size 3 and the elastic straps around the sandals were far too big . So they were unable to be worn. I gave both pairs to the charity shop.”

“The shoes I purchased on line in my opinion were seconds. There was a bad crease on the inner sole and the tops of the shoes differed. All in all dissatisfied.”

“Ordering is easy but if anything goes wrong, like being given incorrect tracking number its impossible to speak to anyone at Lotus Shoes. They have a customer service number but after trying numerous times it is always an automated message asking for name, order number and phone number. I left all the required details on numerous times but got no response. The call centre is open 9am - 5pm but not sure it is ever manned. When my item finally arrived I have unfortunately had to return it ( no fault of Lotus) as didn't fit. Let's hope I get a prompt refund.”

“The shoes are good but I need to return one pair and although I have emailed 3 times and phoned 3 times to find out how to return the item no one has returned my emails or phone calls in 3 weeks!”

“I usually like Lotus shoes because their standard fit generally fits wider feet. But the espadrilles I bought were shallow in the toe section and it was a struggle to even get a foot it, let alone a wider one. So they were returned. There was also no delivery note with the order so I had to email them to find out how to return them. You need a range for wider feet, not everyone is a standard D fit! Wider feet are so hard to buy for!”

“I have always bought Lotus shoes in the past , my last 2 pairs were purchased 5 years ago , so showing signs of wear and tear now . The reason that I purchase Lotus wedge shoes is because after suffering with achilles tendonitis I am unable to wear flat shoes . The Lotus wedge shoes ticked all the boxes , I usually purchase them from a shop in Lytham lancaahire , but when I visited the shop a few weeks ago they did not have any of the wedge Lotus shoes only flats . I phoned around other shoe shops but they also had non in stock , so I then went online to buy them . The size 6 [39] is my correct size , but when the shoes arrives and I attempted to put them on my feet , thay were very tight and the toe box which has always been wider , was now so narrow and tight that my big toe was pressing on the toe box , never had that happen before , so iI had no option but to return them . I will now have to try to find an alternative shoe brand with a slight wedge , so just hope i can find one .”
