“Brough long suede navy boots. Lovely quality. Only negative is that the thigh area is slightly narrow so only for those with slim thighs.”

“I wouldn’t say I was completely happy as one pair of shoes was cancelled from the order without me requesting it, but as it was even the larger size shoes I couldn’t get my feet in, so have been returned. All the emails I get are women centric, but everything else is fine. Prices are keen, delivery is prompt, delivery packaging is reasonable and returns are straight forward”

“love my lotus black Erminia toe bar sandal, but they are not a true uk size 6 slightly on the small size . If they had been a true size they woukd have been perfect”

“Easy to order, very good communication answered queries promptly, shoes as described and fit true to size. I would definitely order from Lotus again. I gave four stars because delivery took longer than expected even though the shoes were dispatched from Lotus the day they received the order.”

“Lotus Women's Josefa Court Shoes Lovely shoes, but sadly having to return these shoes as heel too high for me. Although says heel is 6cm, the overall height of heel is 8.5cms. Customer service good.”

“I already had a pair of these Lotus she’s so confidently ordered a size 5 in another colour. Size 5 arrived and was too small. I returned them and re ordered a size 6 which was just right so I now have a size 5 and a size 6 in exactly the same style. Very strange”

“I got these in the sale so they were half price, they are well made and good value, my only worry is if the strap loosens on the heel as theres no way to tighten it, so elastic would have been good. Overall happy and as described.”

“Lovely to have shoes that actually fit my long thin feet! I bought a pair of Daria flat sandals from TKMaxx and was pleased with how comfortable they were and that they actually fit. They look nice and are easy to take off/put on because of the elasticated backing. So I logged onto Lotus website and bought 2 more pairs of Daria (1 pair black and one pair white) and one of Domenica which is a similar design.”

“Beautiful coloured suede: I bought two pairs, green and pink and thry have been admired by friends. The styling is quite elegant and smart. I have had to put insoles in them as they come up a little large. I bought the green pair from another company with no delivery charge. However, as I always store my shoes in boxes, I am not impressed by the flimsy boxes they came in which, I imagine, will not wear well.”

“I ordered shoes and matching handbag which arrived safety after being delivered over the fence in the rain but both were well packed so no harm done. Sadly the colour was just off which made them clash rather than compliment the outfit so had to be sent back. I would use the service again, I just hope plastic bags are still used because of delivery methods - they would have been ruined if wrapped in paper bags and we can never rely on the weather!.”
