“Lotus really do look after their customers. I have a certain Boot that I like I have now bought my 4th paid since I found them in a local store. I was not able to find them to order to have in hand when my current paid wear out. I sent a message to Lotus and asked if they could tell me if they still stocked them in my size. They replied that they were not it at that moment but they would let me know when they were available again. I was not sure if that would ever happen as so many companies don't follow up. I didn't pursue it but a while ago into my inbox came a message from them to say the Boots were now available. I was so pleased and ordered them immediately. They really went the extra mile. Thank you Lotus.”

“Got to say guys not good. Lotus Bliss gold clutch bag I ordered was in a very poor condition and marks on bag. Returned it to yourelves and have since tried emailing you on websales@lotushoes.co.uk but no reply and tried calling you on 01616525768 but no answer. Really bad customer service as I was trying to get bag replaced and to be honest I have no idea how you thought it was ok to send Clutch bag to me with just poor quality.”

“I am fuming! Got a brand new Leather Lotus wedges, tried them on, took shoes off and my feet and floor were covered in piling and dried white powder! When I buy a pair of shoes I’m expecting them to last at least until the heels are worn out. The insoles have crumbled as soon as I put my feet in them! The insoles are pathetic, made from a material I can only describe as a very thin layer of paper. Disgusting quality!”

“I ordered a pair of sandals which were too tight around the toe area. I requested a return label from lotus. The company have deducted 6.95 from my refund even though their website states £3 will be deducted. I paid £3.95 postage to receive them. This is unacceptable and I am still waiting for an explanation and refund ?”
