I find it very difficult to give a review as I still have not received the shoes which I ordered. I was given a delivery date of between July 9th - 13th. When I had still not received them on 19th July I rang the company. I was given the excuse that it was the fault of Hermes and not Lotus but that the problem had been sorted. If Lotus were aware of this problem why was I still not informed. This is very bad customer service.
