“I liked the style but they were very narrow, I couldn't get my feet in them, so unfortunately have returned through Royal mail service, ive haven't had any confirmation yet”

“The sandals I received were not suitable so I have returned them. The ordering process is very easy, however the returns procedure is fairly complicated in my opinion. It would be much better if a returns slip was included with the order”

“I have 4 pair of your sandals and 3 are great. The green pair. Different from the other 3. I don’t think they are made properly as my foot which is slim fall out of it no support on inner side. Think that’s why they were in the sale bad design.”

“The espadrilles I ordered were advertised as white, but they are cream/ivory...not colours I wear. I have kept them but am disappointed. Just as well they were half price; definitely not worth the full amount as they are of man made materials.”

“I always take the size 7 for my shoes and it is perfect but my lotus blue ankle boots are more like a 7 1/2 ! Also the left shoe is more spacious than the right one inside and it slightly shows on the outside as welll.”

“I love Lotus shoes but I do not enjoy the online shopping experience. It costs £3.95 delivery. The sandals I ordered recently were sadly too big and I've had to return them which cost another £3.00 (deducted by Lotus on return). If I choose to order the smaller size it will cost another £3.95 delivery. I do think there should be some consideration of a Lotus exchange policy. I will not be ordering anymore online.”
