“Lovely shoes, but too narrow for me so sadly reurned”

“I bought some lovely slippers but had to return them as they were too big - my usual size though. I paid for P&P and had to pay again to return them so decided it was too expensive to try another size so bought from elsewhere with free postage and returns.”

“Loved these boots, but there is a huge problem with the stitching at the heel. The stitching presses on the back of the boot, making them too uncomfortable to wear. .Such a shame as the style is so good. Had to return them.”

“The boots look nice and feel sturdy. However, the material folds in certain areas, which makes them quite uncomfortable even after wearing them for some time. I’m hoping this improves with use, as Lotus customer service was not very helpful in addressing the issue.”

“Hello, I really love Lotus footwear & buy often. However, I returned my last online purchase of boots as they’re currently available on MandM site for half price. Further disappointed as boots returned via Royal Mail on Monday and I have not yet received an acknowledgment.”

“The shoes I ordered were despatched quickly, when they arrived there was a small imperfection on one of the shoes. The items were returned within a few days and I then received an email stating I would have to wait up to 7 days for a refund. When paying £70 for a man made upper shoe I would have expected the goods to be flawless. I have had Lotus shoes in the past so I was a bit disappointed with the quality.”

“At the price, I had expected very good things as the boots looked really nice. Whilst the uppers may be leather, the soles are cheap and all glued together. They don't feel substantial, look okay but sadly not worthy of this sort of price. Have other pairs of boots of better quality that certainly didn't cost this much. Sorry Lotus :-( Won't buy again based on this example.”

“Like the shoes - comfy leather but the metal tags on the laces all came off as I tried the shoes on. We reattached them but one has since come off again and been lost. Please send more of the metal tags so I have replacements ready. Thank you”

“LOTUS | WOMEN'S FLATFORM SANDALS | WEDGE | CAMMIE | GUNMETAL A very tight fitting even with adjustable Velcro straps. Sent them back and ended up paying another £3.00 for return them on top of £3.95 delivery. They’ve now gone up in price so the returned shoes will be sold at a higher price. Not a good experience.”
