“Twice now I have ordered a Navy Bag, and today, despite reassurance that it would not happen again, you have sent me a Black bag. The first one was ex shop stock and covered in scratches by the way. It is my first experience with lotus and I was told it was a one off oversight and would be looked into! Trusting your words I ordered again, and am now stuck with a bag I did NOT order and all the hassle of returning and trying to get a full refund, without you deducting the return label cost as stated. What are going to do this is ridiculous!! Show is the Black Bag, I again ordered NAVY which from my understanding is Blue!”

“Bought the Douglas sandals to replace an old pair that had seen better days, they look quality whilst being at an affordable price and stylish but only time will tell if they wear well , can’t fault the service as ordered one and received the next day in-spite of only selecting standard delivery , the courier Evri kept me fully informed of the delivery so well done them.”

“Lovely shoe but a size 6 too small and size 7 too big. Ideally needed a 6.5 but Lotus don't do half sizes so had to send both pairs back. Quality shoes”
