“I was thrilled by the style and fit of the shoes I bought from Lotus . They look so much more expensive than the actual price indicates. I shall look again at Lotus when next I need or just desire some new shoes!”

“Have had shoes from lotus many times before and always found them excellent value l always order size 7 but this time they were big so changed them for a size 6 which fit perfectly.I don't know if my feet have shrunk because of age or lotus have changed there fit. The shoes are still very good.”

“These shoes are beautiful. The negative is that they are very large for the size ordered. I am always a size 4 so ordered size 4. I put them on, loved them then jumped in car to go shopping. On walking to the shops they started slopping so badly that I couldn't walk properly. I went to nearest shop and bought insoles and scissors. I cut the insoles to size 4 and they didn't even touch the sides and shoes still slopped. Cut the second pair of insoles to size 6 and they fitted but shoes still slopped. Managed to limp around to finish shopping. As I had cut label off and worn I could not return them. I had to order some thick heel grips which have helped but what a lot of fuss to wear these shoes. Disappointed as I have bought many Lotus shoes, size 4, with no issues. Not sure if sizing is out on these or they are incorrectly labelled '4'.”

“I have 3 pairs of these trainers….all size 8 all fit perfectly. I couldn’t even get new pair on…too small! Completely different sizing! Rubbish!”

“Very elegant shoe, I am a size 5 in most brands but feel these come up a little bigger. Think the 4 would be too small. Great they have an adjustable strap.”

“The shoes were for my wife to attend an upcoming wedding.....they are the most comfortable heeled shoes she has purchased and the brightest colour. Super happy with the style , finish, comfort and they really compliment her outfit. Can definitely recommend Lotus.”

“Your returns policy is not so easy to follow as other stockists of your shoes and also costs where others are free To make returning items it would be easier if you could send a qr code so a label could be printed at the post office”
