“Bought the Douglas sandals to replace an old pair that had seen better days, they look quality whilst being at an affordable price and stylish but only time will tell if they wear well , can’t fault the service as ordered one and received the next day in-spite of only selecting standard delivery , the courier Evri kept me fully informed of the delivery so well done them.”

“Lovely shoe but a size 6 too small and size 7 too big. Ideally needed a 6.5 but Lotus don't do half sizes so had to send both pairs back. Quality shoes”

“Wasn’t sure what to expect as ordered online. I ordered a size up (which I recommend if you have slightly wider feet) but I am so pleased with them. They are comfortable and light, and unlike some other flatbed sandals they are moulded , giving good arch support. I am ordering more in other colours! Highly recommend.”

“Overall very comfortable and easy to walk in, great design which looks even better in person, and quick and easy to slip on and off. Only downside is a few blisters from rubbing after wearing them for a few hours.”

“Hi, the shoes were sent promptly and are very nice, they just don't fit me well so I want to return them. However, you have to email to return and I've had no response yet after 4 days. There could be a simpler system.”

“Bought a pair of Livvy flats. The shoes are beautifully made and look lovely. Unfortunately they are very narrow, so although I don't normally take a wide fitting shoe, I have returned to exchange for a wider fit....hoping they have some in stock!!!”
