“I can’t speak for Lotus Shoes but these Lotus Sandals I have purchased I love. The comfort, two broad straps and platform sole have made them a winner for me.”

“The shoes are beautiful but unfortunately sizing is bigger. I am a 6 and these are too big and quite wide. I will unfortunately have to return them, I might try a 5?”

“Delivery was quick but unfortunately the sandals were not a great fit for me. I have bought Lotus shoes before so know they are good quality. I have returned the sandals and am awaiting a refund.”

“Love the sandals, very smart ideal for casual or smart dress. The only thing is the strap that goes into the buckle isn't very long, could do with being just a tad longer ( and I have slim feet) but overall great for the price.”

“I bought these shoes for my husband as replacement for his 'Docksiders' He says that they are comfortable and are his replacement shoes for when he is sailing! I was impressed with the quality of the shoes.”

“Ordering is easy but if anything goes wrong, like being given incorrect tracking number its impossible to speak to anyone at Lotus Shoes. They have a customer service number but after trying numerous times it is always an automated message asking for name, order number and phone number. I left all the required details on numerous times but got no response. The call centre is open 9am - 5pm but not sure it is ever manned. When my item finally arrived I have unfortunately had to return it ( no fault of Lotus) as didn't fit. Let's hope I get a prompt refund.”
