“The light came with a European plug. This was not referenced at all in the product description when buying it. No adapter. Makes it pretty useless unless you go out and buy one.”

“Glad to eventually locate required bulb although it disappeared from site and I received no order ACK. Fortunately your telephone help person was very helpful and con. firmed that my order had gone through and sent me pdf version of invoice. So all in all - system weird but human good!”
