“Light is so bright perfect for me”

“Once again, we have just taken delivery of another case of Lamp Shop Online's Eco downlights. We install them in our new build houses and extensions and they are the most reliable LED lights we have ever fitted. We choose the 4000k version as our customers prefer that colour and they also love the smooth dimming action with no flicker. Delivery is always very prompt and the units are well packaged. “We have used Lampshop on more than one occasion and have found it to be competitively priced with efficient delivery with enough bubble wrap to recycle on to many of our Christmas presents. The free guarantee insurance was a WELCOME addition in this age of scammers. Thankyou. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Ps. On a trustpilot review I have given a similar positive review but have only pressed the * Star key once before I sent it . If you can sort it please do. I meant to give it FIVE STARS”

“Package (LED panel) arrived wrapped in bubble wrap & sellotape. That was all! No response to my emails. Not too impressed, at all. If I actually had a problem with the unit, I have no confidence they would step up. Will not be returning, plenty other suppliers out there.”

“Received led strip lights and they look great having replaced the old ones in our dining room units. However 50% were broken through poor packaging and had to be resent on 3 occasions. Suggest you look into better packaging for this kind of delivery although complaints were acted on quickly and politely”
