“Ordered 21" tubes and received 12" - spot the obvious mistake. Called the friendly people at LampShopOnline and they had replacements delivered by express courier the next day. They didn't even require the return of the 12" tubes. Now that is impressive service. Anyone can make a mistake. It's how you deal with it that counts.”

“Ordered 3 6ft LED tubes for next day delivery via FedEx. Arrived on time, securely packaged and all intact - wrapped with a reasonable number of bubble wrap layers. Would buy again!”

“Terrible dispatch and delivery service. Even after calling them after waiting a week the operator said they would send it that day and never did. It took yet another call and then they sent next day delivery. NEVER AGAIN !!”

“Just replaced all seven old fluorescent tubes with 6500 LEDs in my garage and workshop. What a difference. I don't know how I have managed these last dark winter days and nights. Very good value for money, excellent DHL speedy delivery. Very well wrapped. Anyone with old fluorescent tube should replace them immediately with Lampshop LEDs. Cannot recommend this firm and their products enough.”

“My order along with an invoice containing my personal information was sent to the wrong customer. I received someone else’s order also with their info. Contacted lampshop shortly after delivery and told items would be replaced. Lost patience waiting for items and asked them to cancel order. Still not received a refund weeks later.”

“Phone with a question re cooker hood lamp. Was listened to and guided to the correct product on line, but then was asked if I wished to order over the phone to avoid any further hassle. “Had problem in finding suppliers of T6 fluorescent cool white tubes on phoning Lamp I found that they had some in stock After talking to a very helpful salesman he said my small order of 4 tubes was no problem and arranged post and packing . It’s nice to see you deal with all customers equally”

“I purchased a twin led strip light to go over my pool table. Online chat was very helpful when ordering and even more so when it came installing. It arrived very well wrapped. The led tubes were delivered very very well packaged by a different currier same day and on time.
