“Great price to supply 5ft LED Energiser Tubes to convert our garage lighting from standard fluorescent, quick delivery and advice on wiring to remove Electronic Ballast from circuit. They also came well packed. Result is much brighter energy efficient garage lighting well worth the additional cost to convert.”

“I ordered led lamps to replace old fluorescent tubes in my garage. They were delivered promptly and came very well wrapped. I worked slowly and as I was replacing like for like it was a straight forward job. The new lamps made the old tubes look like 20w bulbs. Brilliant bright white light. Well done Lampshop, I will be back for future projects. Ian.”

“On the whole very good service and always quick delivery even near Christmas. Only problem I have had is with emergency battery shelf life. I did reject one batch few years ago which were over 1 year old. Yuasa confirmed that I was right but LSOnline denied it but did replace them. No problem with any order since then.”

“Brilliant. You tell how good a company is by their response to a problem. One of my items arrived damaged. Packaging torn and obviously badly treated in transit. No issue. One telephone call. Sent a photo. Immediate response that replacement would arrive the following day. And so it did. Brilliant”

“Despite a number of online chats the product was not as described. I specifically asked what the diffuser clips were made of and was told metal they are in fact plastic.I also asked as to the colour and was told white. They are in fact grey. My response on the online form has not been answered.”

“I needed a ring light for a special appication where space was very limited. After trying a 9 inch fluorescent tube with mini electronic ballast with negative result, I stumbled on your website. Lo and behold - I found exactly what I needed in the form of a 9" LED ring light that could be connected directly to mains. I called your shop to confirm before ordering. The ring light arrived and I installed it as per the wiring diagram, and it workd perfectly! Thanks again.”
