“Unfortunately my experience with this order was not a good one. I did send a couple of emails to try and rectify the situation but had no response so hence this review. The item (a battery for my alarm system) arrived promptly but was the wrong type - 1.2Ah instead of the 2.1Ah battery the picture on the web page showed. The picture of the item and the description were different which was misleading. I'm sure it was a genuine mistake but not getting any response to my email means a negative revirew is the only option left open to me.”

“Flat panel LED light. Order 2. One came with a huge dent and the other had a used connector block that wouldn't secure the main wires. On the plus side lampsonline did replace the dented unit without any fuss”

“I ordered 3 pygmy bulbs and they came within a couple of days, but when I opened the envelope the boxes showed that they were screw fittings and not bayonets as I'd ordered. I phoned and was impressed to receive replacements very quickly. but once again they were screw-type! So I phoned again and a helpful gentleman said he would send more, but phoned back to say he'd been to the warehouse and found that the bulbs inside the 'screw' boxes were in fact bayonets. So I've received 6 bulbs for the price of 3 and you are out of pocket!!”

“Excellent service. Clicked to buy online, packing was a bit expensive but then the tube light arrived a few days later and I could see why, great care in the packing with heavy duty cardboard tube and plenty of bubble rap and well taped up.”
