Unfortunately my experience with this order was not a good one. I did send a couple of emails to try and rectify the situation but had no response so hence this review.
The item (a battery for my alarm system) arrived promptly but was the wrong type - 1.2Ah instead of the 2.1Ah battery the picture on the web page showed.
The picture of the item and the description were different which was misleading.
I'm sure it was a genuine mistake but not getting any response to my email means a negative revirew is the only option left open to me.
