“I have already written to you about my experience I was dissappointed that I never recieved what I ordered. I contacted one of your colleagues by phone who checked that you were out of stock of the bulbs that I ordered, The bulbs I recieved instead were not suitable for our needs, i returned them to you hoping for a refund.”

“Good service from LampShop Online with good customer services and good prices. Unfortunately their choice of courier is poor. FedEx drove my LED T8 tube bulbs around in their van for 2.5 days (repeated "ran out of time" messages from courier) then delivered them broken. Full refund from LampShop Online without hesitation.”
