“I needed a replacement fluorescent tube for my kitchen light. I contacted LampShopOnline as I was not sure if a product I wanted to buy was compatible with my current light fitting. I was transferred to a very helpful lady in the Sales department who was able to answer all the questions I had. The fluorescent tube arrived the next day and worked perfectly. I was able to get a good quality product at a decent price. Very good standard of customer service. Would definitely recommend LampShopOnline.”

“I had a delivery of a number of fluorescent tubes some of which were damaged in transit, I telephoned the LampShop help line and spoke to a gentleman who could not have been more helpful. We agreed a convenient for delivery of the replacement tubes and they arrived at 9-30 that morning. So well done the LampShop for sorting out the situation so quickly and efficiently.”

“I ordered 4 LED replacements for fluorescent tubes. One didn't work when it arrived (not the fault of Lampshoponline as they were we packaged.) When I notified Lampshoponline of the problem, they sent a replacement without quibble (and with a bonus!) immediately. Excellent service! Thanks.”

“Box came opened, no instructions for light fitting and instructions for remote to set up the microwave detector are “broken” poor Chinese translation. Cannot set up the sensor. Would not use again”

“Another great product/price and delivery. We've fitted quite a few of these LEDVance 20W PIR/Floods now... And so far (touch wood) not 1 issue.. (If you're after something like the old 500W halogen, look to the bigger wattage of these.).. We find these 20W are fine. Nice bright cool white light.”

“I ordered 3 lights, one of them was broken, likely to have been damaged during the delivery. I sent an email to the customer service and they shipped 2 new ones immediately the day after. Good service and serious company.”
