“Super helpful staff to assist in finding the right products. First shipment of two 5 foot LED tubes was fast and well packaged, unfortunately both tubes were smashed inside. The team requested photo evidence and quickly arranged a replacement. I have just opened it and both tubes are again smashed. Package is secure, not sure if they’re going in broken or DHL are using the package as a baseball bat? I’ll be trying one more time.”

“Excellent delivery time had an issue with the steel cover plate had slight damage on one lamp and one securing clips For the diffuser was badly molded and unable to use otherwise happy and would use lamp shop again. Thank you”

“I ordered on Thursday morning and paid a premium postage rate for guaranteed next-day delivery. I needed the light to be fitted at the weekend. I e-mailed you on Saturday to report non-receipt on Friday by the guaranteed time and requested that you ensure delivery was made on Saturday. I received no reply whatsoever and still no delivery. As a result, I had to source a replacement locally. Was eventually delivered on Monday - too late. Not at all happy. Paid for service I didn't receive and now have goods I now no longer need.”

“Great service from LampShopOnline, although I did not receive a notice of dispatch which I would normally expect from other companies. Bulbs were delivered reasonably promptly and received well packaged and in good condition. I was specifically after some Philips bulbs which we have had previously and like the brightness, warmth of colour and spread of illumination. I had trouble finding them in stock but LampShop had them at a good price. So, thank you.”
