“I bought three bar stools. When they arrived they were all nice quality but two were the same and the other was a slightly different shape. You can see the different backrest shape in the picture. Had them collected and received three replacements that were all the same. Apart from the hassle of the exchange it was handled very well and efficiently.”

“Not assembled yet but look lovely. Described as grey fabric but states faux leather in product overview so it’s quite confusing. It is actually grey fabric.”

“Purchased an office / boardroom chair at a very reasonable price. Excellent quality and very simple self assembly. The colour (grey) is perfect for my study decor and the modern chrome cantilever design a great match for my glass / chrome desk. Well done Lakeland!! (Would mention that the indicated delivery schedule of 5 days was not met - took 6 working days to arrive - but that's down to Yodel not Lakeland). Will definitely use again.”

“Good product range and sensible pricing. Items arrived in good condition - 1 fixing missing from the bed but they are sending a replacement. Only issue is poor communication (none!!) re delivery. It actually turned up quite fast but we could not track the date or time and Lakeland could not help.”

“Very good quality. Look expensive. But the measurement for the overall depth is incorrect. Is is approximately 65cm so was far too big for the intended position next to my sideboard.”

“Product is fine and meets my needs I used 48hr delivery by uk mail - not so good Tracking system says "out for delivery" but does not say which day and time is too much to ask. WE were in until 2pm but had to go out - yes they called at 2:20 and took it away came back next working day eventually - in todays world that is not good enough would prefer a courier”
