Stools look good and made to a fair standard. However we've identified a small part of the wood laminate chipped off. We've contacted Lakeland furniture via email and sent photos of the chips. And still waiting on a reply. Customer service department not really helpfull.

Good Morning Sarah, I am sorry to see you are not fully satisfied with the bar stools you have received due to a chip on one. Looking into this I have been informed that someone from our damages team will be sending you a new seat and hopefully you will be fully satisfied with the stool. The chair we ordered and received was ok for the money we paid however the 4 screws which were supplied were not nearly long enough to secure everything together so we had to purchase new screws in order that we could use it. These need changed for future orders. Thanks

I have was given a 10% discount as a reward for a purchase, this has not been honoured on my further purchase! I have had NO response to emails regarding this. I have spoken to customer service and was advised to use email!! It am disappointed as I like the furniture bought (a bed ) I have not received my second order as yet, the delivery from AOL was excellent but Cotswold customer service is lacking

The office chair came with a distorted back and had clearly not been quality checked before despatch. However a replacement back was quickly despatched and the end product is good. There were no instructions for putting the chair together (not hard but I'm sure there should have been some) and we received two sets of screws and two allen keys.

The chair is lovely my only question is do you do quality checks ? Because my chair has 2 places where the fabric is damaged.

I’d give the product 5* but I ordered 4 chairs and one wasn’t the correct colour and it’s taken some time, lots of emails and waiting around for deliveries to get it sorted. So that’s a shame.

I have lodged a complaint about the shipping fee I was charged as actual delivery was simply our local DPD delivery, and the bed itself was two boxes, one small & one medium size! I've been charged £79.99 shipping and I am requesting a refund for this as delivery was straightforward with no '2-men delivery to room' ! I await my response from Lakeland Furniture.

Lakeland service has been good, but the jury's still out on the kitchen stools I bought. The instructions could have been more helpful and the stools took ages to put together. They look a bit cheap, but then I guess they were.

First time purchase from Lakeland Furniture, particularly liked their range and choice of chairs, very reasonably priced in 'flash' sale. Prompt acknowledgement of order and delivery, items extremely well packaged. When unpacked, one chair seating pad had a fold mark down the middle of material which I hope will disappear with use! Assembly of item didn't appear to be a problem except pre-drilled holes for assembly to base of chair were not exact and took quite a time swivelling back and forth round to each hole to eventually secure a link between the two parts, in this day and age of sophisticated manufacturing technology surely this can be improved on? I would expect the base bracket to be 'marked' (i.e. bracket with an arrow to front of chair assuring of immediate and exact link first time etc.) for this reason I would hesitate in recommending this product to anyone not experienced in self-assembly, and likewise, for this reason, whilst I have previously purchased many self-assembly items without problems not sure that I would consider purchasing again from this company.

I am not happy at the moment as I received faulty bar stool. I have sent photo and explained why the item is not acceptable. I have been offered 15.00 off the item which is not acceptable to me as the stool was expensive I hope to have the damage leg attachment replaced. The bar stool leg are rough and dull not shinny as the other pair. Easily noticeable on looking. Hope this gets resolved. Disappointed so far.

Delivery was quicker than expected and came on a Sunday which is unusual. However was dissappointed that there was no compromise on the return postage costs when i suggested ordered another (much more expensive product) and asking if they could reduce the £50 collection fee since they would be delivering the new item anyway.

Disappointed in the overall quality. Fabric on arms somewhat cheap in appearance. Stools are relatively low price and this shows in the overall appearance Will be returning item
