Quality fair for price paid , quite hard to put together and the underneath was unsightly but was able to recover myself in leather look material to match chair ...so happy

Good delivery, good commincation, and accommodated an exact delivery date for me. Product of horrendous quality, I had to rebuild the Monaco stools myself, buying different screws from a DIY store, and bending back into place, removing burred metals, rethreading the metal for screws to take. Awful

I found taking out the black cap to release the orange cap for the gas quite a trial. It is so pushed in (looks glued) that i had to use a stanley knife to get the cap off. This was an H&S issue. Otherwise is was an easy assemble

We are very happy with the chairs we purchased. Sturdy & good quality and would give the product 5*. However after paying for 48hr delivery they did not arrive. Only after I emailed to chase the delivery was i told there was a 'mishap' with delivery & our products were now on the way. No apology was given & had I not of chased the delivery I'm not confident the chairs would ever have arrived. However you have refunded my delivery cost but I don't think I would be confident to buy online with you again.

I accidentally ordered the grey chair, rather than the white chair that I wanted. Luckily, I decided the grey actually went better with the room, but it was still a shock when I opened the box. I think it could have been made clearer on the order summary what colour it was that was selected as the grey and white icons were very similar in colour. The delivery box had a lot of scuffs and marks on it so it did make me nervous that the goods inside were damaged. Also makes you wonder how well the goods are handled by the delivery men. Other than that, easy to assemble and I love the chair so happy that I purchased it. Delivery took 5 days (estimated 2-5 working days) so that’s fine. Overall, pleased.

Items arrived in a very timely manner, well packaged but unfortunately both items were damaged. Contacted the support team who offered a discount, was not pleased with the offer and they did take a few days to reply, as both items were erected have accepted the discount as it will be more hassle to package up and wait for a new set of stools.

A little disappointing , doors on cabinet were made so one of them was back to front . With the handle drill holes being on the opposite side of the door ( by the hinges ), so doesn’t actually function . Is a nice product though and does look lovely - although a little tricky to put together

Great looking bed, but that’s where it stops. When putting the bed together the holes don’t line up properly and general assembly of the bed is botched to make it stand up

A good product spoiled by poor customer service. There is no telephone number for Lakeland Furniture so you have to send messages via their website. I paid extra for 48 hour delivery and when the goods hadn't arrived within this time I tried to contact them. I had to wait over 24 hours for a reply. By that time the goods arrived late. Its a shame as the products I ordered are really quite nice and good value.

These stools look lovely. Mine arrived with s small dent in the base, but it hardly shows. Unfortunately, the seat wasn’t wide enough for my largish bottom, because it curls up at the sides. The base is very light and the stool is a little top-heavy, so tends to tip when getting on and off, so it may not be suitable for someone who is rather unsteady. I have mine to a friend’s teenaged daughter who is delighted with it.

Frame is very sturdy but plastic supports for base slats come out too easily.

Ordered 3 bar stools. Easy to put together. Very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was not notified of the delivery date.

The product arrived quickly and was as described. Price was reduced so happy with the end result. The tracking service failed & password recovery didn't work. This was more than a little annoying. Also, the quality of the product 'underneath' was a bit varied. Some holes were clean and in line, others looked like they had been shot by a wonky rifle at 10 paces.
