Ordered 2 bar stools described as colour Taupe. On arrival noted to be very dark grey not Taupe as picture showed on website. Customer Care very good and arranged collection and full refund. All dealt with very well by customer services would much have preferred 2 bar stools as described. Back on the look out for 2 Taupe bar stools to complete my new kitchen.

No assembly instructions - maybe that's why the chair doesn't go up and down.

Web site easy to use with excellent product photography, prompt delivery. Only problem being that on one of the chairs the screw to secure one of the legs will not a-line correctly, it is cross-threaded, so we are unable to secure the leg in place.

Ordered my bed 1 month ago it's still not arrived, delivery company you use is not good , only delivering in my area at certain times , I live in a central area so dont understand why

Although the bar stool we bought looks good and easy to assembly, it is fairly uncomfortable to sit on as one got the feeling to be push forward.

Initially had issue with a damaged leg on one of two bar stools but it was dealt with and replaced. Personally dont like internet shopping as like to see/try items before buying esp colour/material and in this case comfort but items as viewed online. In this instance you get what you pay for which is ok. What I would describe as budget bar stools. Would risk internet shopping from Lakeland Furniture again.

The parasol is a lovely green colour but very small so we will have to buy another one as this does not shade us from the sun.

I bought a Peris office chair, it's quite comfortable, you can adjust it well, but the only problem that it does have some indents in the bottom part of the chair, where the legs are. The bottom of the chair doesn't look like it will last long as there's nothing that's holding the wheels attached to the bottom of the chair. It also came with no instructions, so I had to personally email the company. The instructions were straight forward but there was an extra plastic piece that I just couldn't figure out where it went in the chair, and it wasn't in the instructions.

Umbrella was delivered promptly, but as the courier got no answer at the door he threw it over the six foot garden gate! Good job it wasn't something fragile. Also, the umbrella post is too large for a standard base, so we're going to have to buy a new one. Thought the umbrella was a bargain at the price, but not looking so good now.

Damage issues with an office chair were resolved quickly but it took 3 attempts before a resolution was agreed. Nice product, issues resolved quickly, all done on line which is quick but a 3 star rating because of damage issues even with replacement parts.

The delivery service was fabulous, a day early. The chairs are lovely, I had couple of ums and arr’s. Firstly front legs when assembled don’t exactly line up very well to the point we were trying to see which fit best on one chair and the legs aren’t of the same grain in wood one leg is speckled. I have debated whether to send back but I think I have decided to keep them. The service from Lakeland furniture was amazing, I can not say the fitting of the product is really amazing but the chairs are comfy and the colour is great and they will do the job. Thank you for great customer service Lakeland. I will definitely consider purchasing from you again.

Received in good time and in general lovely chair and comfortable too. However, there is a rip in the leather on delivery which obviously you don’t know about until you have almost put it together as beneath wrapping so that is very disappointing. A great deal of hassle and inconvenience to send back and replace....

The furniture was great. We paid extra for next day delivery when we ordered on a Thursday lunchtime, but our stuff didn’t arrive until Monday. Very disappointing .......fair enough if some things can’t be delivered the next day, but at least don’t take our money and promise the undeliverable.

The cut off point for next day delivery is 12pm and I see your order was placed earlier than this. I received my bar stools one was damaged , I had to send pics of the damaged , you posted out a new seat but the courier wouldn’t take the damaged one I’m still currently living with a large box in my hallway it’s been two weeks now and I’m going to put it out with the rubbish next week

I love the stools and on the whole they are fine, except 1 of them which has chipped paint all over the legs and looks second hand. I know it is not as we had to build them so I can only guess that the wood was not prepared sufficiently before they were sprayed. For the money though they are ok and i love the actual style.

Small issue with missing part which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Lakeland, however, sadly, 48hr delivery by Parcelforce which i paid £8.99 extra for took 6 days in the end and was attrocious which is outwith Lakeland Furnitures control.

The product is good but the delivery was very poor. You need to get yourselves a decent delivery company as Yodel let you and me down not once but twice by going to the wrong property and that wasted 50min of my time chasing them.
