Very hard to put together. Only 4 pictures and no parts labelled. One part of the wood broke when trying to put it together. We managed to screw it into place with an extra screw. Ok quality.

Didn't get the chairs we ordered and paid for and ended up settling for a different colour. We were offered a £10 discount though against although we are still waiting for the refund. The company seem to want to correspond on everything via email so if you have an issue it needs to be raised this way, and if you do get to speak to anyone then they don't seem to be able to help, they are just a general enquiry line. The chairs we ordered are satisfactory and did arrive quickly, but I do prefer companies who have a person at the other end of the phone who can sort a problem out for you.

Poor communication after order was taken. Had to chase for updates and the eventual replies weren’t helpful and customer focussed.

My daughter ordered me 2 chairs but the color wasn't quite what I wanted, they were free delivery but to send them back I had to pay £20 which I didn't think was fair anyway I decided to keep them, also one of them had a big black mark on it which I have had to have cleaned, so I might as well have paid to send them back would have been cheaper have in the long run nightmare

Good Morning, I am sorry to read you wasn't happy with the chair colours and then you found a mark on one. The cost of returning the item would have been £9.95 as the two chairs fit in one box and the charge is £9.95 for the first box and then £6.50 for each box after this. If there is damage to any item all we ask for is a photo and email to our support team of the damage and we would help rectify this either by exchange or a full refund. I really liked the product it’s just a shame it was delivered with stuff missing eg; two chair legs, Extra chair legs was sent and arrived a week later so I was happy to recieve them

Great looking Skandi style, quility is ok but not great when built, but at the price point I guess acceptable. Couldn't get them level so had to pad out the feet with extra pads

I sent u an email explaining you had sent me the wrong stool colours plz can you deal with my request and arrange to send me the correct colour asap im not happy at all with this delay

Stools look good and made to a fair standard. However we've identified a small part of the wood laminate chipped off. We've contacted Lakeland furniture via email and sent photos of the chips. And still waiting on a reply. Customer service department not really helpfull.

The chair we ordered and received was ok for the money we paid however the 4 screws which were supplied were not nearly long enough to secure everything together so we had to purchase new screws in order that we could use it. These need changed for future orders. Thanks

I have was given a 10% discount as a reward for a purchase, this has not been honoured on my further purchase! I have had NO response to emails regarding this. I have spoken to customer service and was advised to use email!! It am disappointed as I like the furniture bought (a bed ) I have not received my second order as yet, the delivery from AOL was excellent but Cotswold customer service is lacking

The office chair came with a distorted back and had clearly not been quality checked before despatch. However a replacement back was quickly despatched and the end product is good. There were no instructions for putting the chair together (not hard but I'm sure there should have been some) and we received two sets of screws and two allen keys.

The chair is lovely my only question is do you do quality checks ? Because my chair has 2 places where the fabric is damaged.

I’d give the product 5* but I ordered 4 chairs and one wasn’t the correct colour and it’s taken some time, lots of emails and waiting around for deliveries to get it sorted. So that’s a shame.
