“The product is as required. However the shipment process was an issue as the product seemed to go a miss. When I raised the concern the delivery was made, however no feedback provide on the delay.”

“Delivery was very quick however, I did not receive an email or text to tell me my order was arriving. We got a fine call from the driver to say he was outside the house with the parcels. We were out shopping for the day and had to ask him to leave the parcels in the back yard.The quality of the items is not very good and have considered sending them back.”

“Haven't made them all up yet. They look good for the price however a little concerned about the stitching. Delivery as stated.”

“I liked the fact that you can pre order stock that is out of stock. My order was delivered sooner than previously stated. Minor hiccup with delivery date in the first instance but compensated for error. Great company to deal with.”

“Product is good but it needs 4 bolts to fix seat to base and you only sent 3. Moreover the delivery e mail was incomprehensible”

“We didn't receive our order I am afraid, this was nothing to do with Lakeland at all, the delivery company Yodel let you down somewhat. They said they called three times and left a calling card each time. There was someone there to receive the parcel twice out of the 3 so called attempts. No calling cards have been left at anytime. Partly to do with the hassle with the delivery we are on a very tight schedule to open our shop and this has delayed things, but it did give us time to consider our options and decided to order from elsewhere. At no point do we blame Lakeland, Jamie has been a great help throughout and sorry we could not complete the order with you. Hopefully we can do business again, but you may wish to consider the delivery company you use. With regards Drina Serendipity Diamonds”

“We ordered two padded bar stools which were delivered in the time stated. However a part was missing and the base of 1 stool had a dent. I contacted Lakeland and the part and replacement base were sent out. I give Good instead of Very Good as I believe Lakeland should have checked before dispatching.”
