“Ordered bar stools. Stools are really nice but the wrong bases were delivered. They are just as nice as the ones that we ordered so we are happy to keep them.”

“Ordered a new base for one of my bar stools. The product was as described, easy to assemble and delivery was very fast bearing in mind it was Christmas week and all the postal strike. Would definitely use again. Thank you”

“I placed an order for 2 Howden Conference office chairs on Friday 25th November and opted for the free standard delivery provided. The chairs arrived the following day - a Saturday. So exemplary customer service. I had been looking for a pair of cantilever Carver Dining Chairs with Chrome Frames for a very very long time when I saw these - and they are perfect. Comfortable, well constructed, arms fit under the table, look great to my eyes - well done”

“Furniture looks as per the photos. Just a shame one Bar Stool had an issue if a screw hole not properly drilled and stool will have to be returned for a replacement.”

“We purchased through Lakeland because the range and variety of products was better than most competitors. We also thought that Lakeland were very competitively priced. One tiny plastic collar was cracked on delivery. The speed of support in replacement was superb.”

“I absolute love my Lakeland Cali Barstools which I chose in black. I recently bought a buy to let property and the kitchen came counter too/ seating area with no seating. My boyfriend was searching the web for barstools that not only looked comfortable and stylish but were affordable too. These stools tucked all those boxes and more. The order was sent out promptly with a reliable courier service and the chairs arrived quickly and were well packaged to ensure they didn’t get damaged in transit. The chairs were easy to assemble and in no time at all our plain kitchen became stylish and more homely. A perfect combination to get our future tenants signing on the dotted line!”

“We purchased 3 beautiful gel stools last week. They really were beautiful. Unfortunately they are no good for my husband nor, I think, for anyone taller than myself. The footrest is positioned on the riser so the gap between the seat and the footrest remains the same however high or low the seat is. This means my husband either keeps the seat low and his feet on the floor or alternatively, has his knees up near his chest. Not the most comfortable way to sit. Your site and your delivery are brilliant”

“Product exactly as described. Very easy to assemble. Not happy about delivery. The two boxes were left in an unsecured outer foyer. No alert that they had been delivered apart from an email informing me that they would be delivered between certain hours. I live in a first floor apartment ,aged 89. Had to wait until a family member called to carry them into the flat.”
