“The chair looks good and is comfortable. Relatively easy to put together (despite there being no instructions). Three stars because it came with 2 screws instead of 4 so I can’t use it yet, plus it came with the wrong wheels. Otherwise, I’d say it’s good value.”

“I came upon Lakeland furniture through an internet search for a specific product and purchased on the basis of the product style, being just what we wanted; and the price. “I asked for next day delivery, but parcelforce failed and took 5 days. Not really Lakeland's fault. The office chair is of a surprisingly good quality, better than expected. However, the chair does lean to one side on the swivel. I will be notifying Lakeland and will see how they respond.”

“Ordered 3 Casa Knocker Bar Stools Charcoal Grey Fabric. The parcels were well packed, and have to say, someone who is a woman of certain elderly status,😂😂 and not DIY orientated, I actually found them quite easy to put together. It was important that I had paper instructions attached to the bases, otherwise I would have struggled. The stools are well finished, and the only minor niggle I have is that you have to get off the stool to move them up with the hydraulic system ( unless I have made a boo- boo putting them together! ) I am very happy with the quality of the stools, they look quite expensive, and thought they were priced very reasonably. The delivery of them is however another story, DPD were not the most efficient, and lost one of the boxes by not reading my delivery instructions. Managed to track the box after realising they had delivered to the wrong building. 🙈🙈🙈 That aside, very content with my purchase and your good customer updates 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼”

“Purchased 2 x bar stools, they are a little light in weight but look fantastic. The adjustable heights work well and the seats look of far higher quality than the price deserves. Easy to put together and quick delivery will definately use again.”
