“Items were nice and clean, unfortunately, my boxes were ripped on delivery and needed to exchange. The exchange process is very good, a shame for a return you have to pay for a courier yourself.”

“We ordered 2 bar stools and the order was processed really quickly. Through no fault of Lakeland the delivery was ‘lost’ at the courier. Lakeland immediately sorted out a replacement which was delivered in less than 48 hrs. They also helped with our questions on assembly. The customer service team and the sales team are absolutely brilliant.”
