“We ordered 3 barstools. When they arrived one of the base plates was damaged. I took a photo, sent it to customer support. They offered a discount of £12.50 but I refused and asked them to send a replacement plate, which they did. Customer service were quick to respond and resolve the issue.”

“Right from placing my order I was notified of its progress. Delivery was free but very speedy arriving the next working day. Couldn't fault them at all.”

“If we hadn’t received one part were drill holes not done and a missing protector on the leg it would have been higher stars as the actual chair is good quality and very comfy. When you’ve ‘finally’ put it together with no instructions.”
