“The bar stools are wonderful. Great quality & amazing price. Just a shame about your choice of firm to deliver. Just because they write ‘left in the back porch’ doesn’t mean one will appear! Left outside in the pouring rain, a sodden box could of resulted in damaged stools. 😡”

“Travelled 20 miles to collect my order from the depot but was told they could not find it. 4 days later and still waiting for them to contact me to advise the situation.”

“Ordered an in stock stool for next day delivery on a Friday at 2pm as I needed it for a filming shoot on a Wednesday. got a dispatched notification on Monday at 8am for 24 hr delivery. Then at 4pm an email from Lakeland saying that actually the stool is not in stock. Tried to email back, but their opening hours are 8-4pm. Unreliable.”
